    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a composite end plate and a battery module. The composite end plate comprises: a base plate comprising a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other, wherein the base plate is arranged such that the first surface faces a battery; and a rigid insert, wherein the rigid insert and the base plate are made of different materials, the rigid insert is made of metal material, the rigid insert is arranged at a bottom portion of the base plate, and at least a part of the rigid insert is arranged at the second surface and extends in a length direction of the second surface. According to embodiments of the disclosure, the composite end plate comprises the base plate and the rigid insert made of different materials.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a composite end plate and a battery module. The composite end plate comprises an end plate body and a rigid connecting plate. The end plate body comprises a first surface and a second surface disposed opposite to each other in its thickness direction, a first connecting segment, an intermediate transitional segment and a second connecting segment disposed successively in its width direction. The rigid connecting plate and the end plate body are made of different materials.     Abstract: The present application relates to a battery module. A battery module includes a base, end plates, side plates and a plurality of sleeve members, wherein the end plates and the side plates are connected to the base through the sleeve members, and each sleeve member includes a pipe body and a connecting piece. The battery module further includes a transition piece having a transition plane perpendicular to the axis of the pipe body. The connecting piece has a mating surface toward the transition piece, and the mating surface clings to the transition plane. This solution enables the connecting piece to be screwed into the base along the axis of the pipe body, reducing the difficulty of connecting the connecting piece to the base, and improving the installation efficiency.

    Abstract: A battery module as provided includes a battery, a wiring harness board, a circuit board, a compressing piece and a temperature acquisition assembly. The battery includes a top cover. The wiring harness board is arranged on an outer side of the top of the top cover. The circuit board is arranged on a side, away from the battery, of the wiring harness board. The compressing piece is mounted on the wiring harness board. The temperature acquisition assembly includes a thermistor, and the thermistor is electrically connected to the circuit board. The compressing piece compresses the thermistor of the temperature acquisition assembly, so that the thermistor compresses the top cover. The temperature acquisition assembly acquires a temperature of the top cover of the battery, with a short temperature transfer path and rapid temperature transfer response.

The end plate of a battery module includes a main body and an energy absorbing body, the energy absorbing body includes an acting portion and a connecting portion, the acting portion protrudes in a direction from the main body toward a battery, and the acting portion is connected with the main body through the connecting portion. After the battery module is assembled, if the battery of the battery module expands and applies an expansion force to the end plate, then the energy absorbing body will deform elastically, so as to absorb the expansion force of the battery. Therefore, the end plate can prevent the housing of the battery module from failure, so as to improve structural strength of the battery module.

    Abstract: This application provides a battery module, including: a plurality of batteries, arranged sequentially along a thickness direction of the battery module; side plates, disposed on two opposite ends of the plurality of batteries in a width direction of the battery module; and a composite pad, disposed between two corresponding adjacent batteries along the thickness direction. The composite pad includes a cushion material sheet and a connecting strip disposed around the cushion material sheet. A first bulge is disposed on the connecting strip. A first via hole is disposed on each side plate. The first via hole corresponds to the first bulge. The first bulge is inserted into the first via hole so that the connecting strip is fixedly connected to the side plate.
