Abstract: This application provides a lithium secondary battery and a negative electrode plate for the lithium secondary battery. The negative electrode plate includes a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector, where a surface of the negative electrode active material layer closer to the current collector is provided with an elastic coating. And the elastic coating includes an elastic polymer and a conductive agent. At a pressure of 1 MPa to 20 MPa, the elastic coating has a compression deformation of 20% to 80% and an elastic modulus of 1 MPa to 800 MPa. And optionally, at the pressure of 1 MPa to 20 MPa, the elastic coating has a compression deformation of 30% to 60% and an elastic modulus of 5 MPa to 100 MPa.

The method for curbing battery gassing includes disposing the gas reducer inside the battery housing, such that the gas reducer is in no contact with or in non-electrical contact with the negative electrode plate. Such battery features simple configuration, no limitation from gas scale effect, timely degassing, and high degassing capacity.

Abstract: The solid electrolyte membrane in this application has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, where the first surface is provided with several micropores that extend into an interior of the solid electrolyte membrane without penetrating to the second surface. This application further provides a solid-state lithium metal battery, battery module, battery pack, and apparatus containing such solid electrolyte membrane. In the solid electrolyte membrane provided in this application, the micropores provided on the first surface of the solid electrolyte membrane do not penetrate to the opposite second surface, so that lithium ions can be induced to deposit in the micropores. This reduces the risk of lithium dendrites growing or even penetrating through the solid electrolyte membrane due to non-uniform deposition of lithium ions at other locations, thereby preventing short circuit of a solid-state lithium metal battery.

Abstract: The present application provides a preparation method for a solid electrolyte, including: acquiring an initial reaction mixture including a lithium precursor, a central atom ligand and an organic solvent; acquiring a modified solution including a borate ester and the organic solvent; mixing the initial reaction mixture and the modified solution, and drying to acquire an initial product; performing a grinding, cold press and heat treatment to the initial product to obtain the solid electrolyte. In the preparation method provided by the present application, a B and O co-doped sulphide solid electrolyte can be obtained by modifying the sulphide solid electrolyte with the borate ester as a doping raw material. The ionic conductivity of the prepared sulphide solid electrolyte is significantly improved, which is also conducive to improvement of energy density of the all-solid-state batteries.
