Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery and a method and device for manufacturing the battery cell. The end cover assembly includes an end cover, an insulating part, a blocking part and a separating part. The end cover is provided with an injection hole. The insulating part is configured to be arranged on a side of the end cover in the thickness direction and is provided with a through hole. The blocking part is provided with a liquid outlet and is configured to change a flow direction of a fluid medium passing through the injection hole and the through hole, and the fluid medium after changing the flow direction entering inside of the battery cell through the liquid outlet. The separating part is configured to separate a tab from the end cover.
