摘要： Provided herein, among other things, is a method for immunizing a chicken with autologous cells obtained from the comb of that chicken. In some embodiments, the method may comprise obtaining a culture of primary fibroblast cells from the comb of a chicken, introducing an exogenous nucleic acid into the cells to provide for presentation or secretion of an antigen that is foreign to the chicken and immunizing the chicken with the cells.
