Abstract: An insulated exhaust gas conduit system includes a first exhaust gas conduit, a second exhaust gas conduit, a first insulation sleeve, and a second insulation sleeve. The first exhaust gas conduit has a first exhaust gas conduit end portion. The second exhaust gas conduit has a second exhaust gas conduit end portion that is configured to engage with the first exhaust gas conduit end portion. The first insulation sleeve includes a first insulation sleeve insulation layer and a first insulation sleeve heat shield. The first insulation sleeve insulation layer is disposed around the first exhaust gas conduit. The first insulation sleeve heat shield is disposed around the first insulation sleeve insulation layer. The first insulation sleeve extends beyond the first exhaust gas conduit end portion. The second insulation sleeve includes a second insulation sleeve insulation layer and a second insulation sleeve heat shield.

Abstract: Implementations described herein relate to features for an integrated aftertreatment system. In one implementation, an integrated aftertreatment system comprises a casing that includes a mating flange having a first constant diameter and a catalyst component configured to mate to the mating flange of the casing. The catalyst component includes a canned body including a first portion sized to a second constant diameter to mate with the first constant diameter of the mating flange. In another implementation, an integrated aftertreatment system comprises a casing, a catalyst component positioned within the casing, a particulate filter having an outer casing with an outlet, and a particulate filter joint coupled to the outer casing of the particulate filter at the outlet. An end of the particulate filter joint is aligned with an end of the particulate filter.

Abstract: A sensor mounting table for mounting sensors to an aftertreatment system may include a sensor mounting plate having a substantially flat mounting surface for mounting one or more sensors associated with the aftertreatment system. The substantially flat mounting surface may be offset from a heat shield of the aftertreatment system. The sensor mounting table may further include an insulative material disposed between at least a portion of the substantially flat mounting surface of the sensor mounting plate and the heat shield. The sensor mounting plate may be configured to be attached to the aftertreatment system to secure the insulative material between the substantially flat mounting surface of the sensor mounting plate and the heat shield.
