Abstract: An electrode body and an exterior body in which the electrode body is sealed. The exterior body is constituted of a film-like exterior member. The exterior body includes a first seal part that is sealed by the joining of opposing faces of the exterior member wrapped around the electrode body. The area of a first face is larger than the area of a second face. The first seal part does not overlap the first face in plan view.
