摘要: A water-impermeable degassing film for a power storage device. The water-impermeable degassing film is made to adhere to the exterior material of a power storage device so as to block a communication section provided to the exterior material and is used to discharge gas generated in the interior of the power storage device from the communication section. The water-impermeable degassing film is configured from a laminate having at least a substrate layer and an adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer of the water-impermeable degassing film is made to adhere to the surface of the power storage device.

摘要: An adhesive film is used for a power storage device, wherein the power storage device includes a structure in which a power storage device element is accommodated in a package formed by a power storage device exterior material, the power storage device exterior material is composed of a laminate including at least a base material layer, a barrier layer, and thermally fusible resin layers in this order from the outside, the thermally fusible resin layers of the power storage device exterior material are thermally fused together to accommodate the power storage device element in the package, the adhesive film is used so as to be interposed between the thermally fusible resin layers at a position where the thermally fusible resin layers are thermally fused together, the adhesive film has a multilayer structure, and the adhesive film includes at least one resin layer L having a melting peak temperature of 100-135° C.

摘要: An exterior material for power storage devices which is formed from at least a layered body comprising a base material layer, a barrier layer, and a heat-fusible resin layer in this order, wherein the base material layer contains a resin film, the resin film has a shrinkage ratio of 1.0% to less than 5.0% when immersed in hot water at 95° C. for 30 minutes, and the resin film has a stress value, at 10% stretching in the tensile test described hereafter, of 100 MPa or higher in both the machine direction and the transverse direction. After storing a sample in a 23° C., 40% RH environment for 24 hours, the tensile test is performed under conditions of a sample width of 6 mm, a gauge length of 35 mm, and a tension rate of 300 mm/min in a 23° C., 40% RH environment, and the stress value at 10% stretching (displacement of 3.5 mm) is measured.

摘要: A valve device and an assembled battery according to which even if the valve device operates, deterioration of an outer layer of a storage body is unlikely to be accelerated. The valve device is attached to a first storage body that stores a battery. The valve device includes an attachment part, a valve device main body, and a gas passage part. The attachment part is attached to the first storage body. The valve device main body reduces pressure inside the first storage body in a case where the pressure increases due to gas produced inside the first storage body. The gas passage part is between the attachment part and the valve device main body, and allows gas that passes through the attachment part to pass through the valve device main body. The valve device main body is located outward of an outer periphery of the first storage body.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, housing body, and valve device. The housing body has a laminate including a base material, barrier, and heat-sealable resin layers. The valve device is in communication with the housing body inside. A joined edge portion in which the mutually facing heat-sealable resin layers are fused together is formed in a housing body peripheral edge portion. The valve device includes first and second portions. A valve mechanism reduces the housing body internal pressure if it is increased due to gas generated in the housing body is formed in the first portion. An air passage guides gas generated in the housing body toward the valve mechanism is formed in the second portion. The first portion is located on a joined edge portion edge outer side. At least a portion of the second portion is sandwiched between the heat-sealable resin layers in the joined edge portion.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body houses the battery element. The valve device is in communication with the inside of the housing body. Heat-sealable resin layers face each other in a peripheral edge portion of the housing body. A joined edge portion in which the mutually facing heat-sealable resin layers are fused together is formed in the peripheral edge portion of the housing body. The valve device is configured to reduce an internal pressure of the housing body if the internal pressure is increased due to gas generated in the housing body. The valve device includes a first portion that is located on an outer side of an edge of the joined edge portion and a second portion that is sandwiched between the heat-sealable resin layers in the joined edge portion.
