摘要： A clip attachment structure with a clip and a mounting member attached to a panel by the clip is provided. The clip has an anchor that attaches the mounting member to the panel by insertion into a clip hole in the panel. A pair of elastic claws extends from the anchor. The pair of elastic claws may engage with the clip hole and may disengage from the clip hole upon rotation of the clip relative to the clip hole from an attached position. The mounting member has a pair of ribs configured to guide the clip relative to the mounting member to orient the pair of elastic claws to engage with the edges of the clip hole.

摘要： A cable tie may include a desired length of belt configured to be wrapped around a bundle of tied articles, and a buckle connected to a proximal end portion of the belt and having a belt insertion hole. The belt includes a base portion linearly extending from the buckle and a functional portion having a first linear portion and a second linear portion. The first linear portion is connected to a distal end of the base portion at a proximal end thereof. The second linear portion is connected to a distal end of the first liner portion at a proximal end thereof. The first linear portion is inclined at a first angle with respect to the base portion in a belt wrapping direction. The second linear portion is inclined at a second angle with respect to the first liner portion in the belt wrapping direction. The first angle is determined to be equal to or smaller than the second angle.

摘要： A cable tie having a desired length of flexible belt and a buckle connected to one longitudinal end of the belt may include rack teeth that are formed in one surface of the belt and are arranged in a longitudinal direction of the belt, an engagement strip that is positioned in a through hole of the buckle and is configured to be deformed about its proximal end connected to an inner wall of the buckle, and an engagement claw that is formed in the engagement strip. The engagement strip is configured to be deformed due to contact with the belt inserted into the through hole of the buckle, so that a crossing angle is formed between the engagement surface of the engagement claw and the tooth surface of one of the rack teeth in a fastened condition in which the belt is inserted into the through hole of the buckle and is tightened.

摘要： Embodiments of the present invention may include a clip mounting seat having a clip attachment surface, a peripheral wall and an opening. The peripheral wall extends from the clip attachment surface. The opening opens a part of an outer peripheral edge of the clip attachment surface. The clip attachment surface has an attachment hole, a guide groove and a tongue. The guide groove guides an insertion of a neck portion of the clip from the opening into the attachment hole. The tongue protrudes from an edge of the guide groove towards the attachment hole. The tongue is deflected to permit the neck portion to enter from the opening into the attachment hole. When the neck portion moves from the attachment hole toward the opening, the tongue is deflected by the neck portion in a closing direction.

When the belt wrapped around a clamped article is inserted into an insertion hole of the buckle through an inlet end and is then tightened, the belt can be locked to the buckle while the belt is fastened around the clamped article. After the belt is locked to the buckle, an excess portion of the belt drawn from an outlet end of the insertion hole of the buckle is cut off while leaving a remaining portion. The buckle has a protecting portion that is configured to cover both sides of the remaining portion of the belt. The protecting portion is configured to cover all of four corners of a cut surface of the remaining portion of the belt.
