摘要： A cable tie has a band and having a tensioning device which is integrated in the band and which divides the band into a first and a second region, each of which regions has a toothed portion. A cable channel, or a component, to which an object, such as for example a cable harness, is to be fastened can remain in the fitting position because both ends of the cable tie can be plugged into cable locks from one side. 摘要： A low-profile cable tie strap and buckle assembly that secures a bundle. The cable tie strap includes a head, a body with a plurality of teeth and a tip. The cable tie strap also has locking tabs that extend from each side of the cable tie strap. The buckle has a first end with a raised member defining a horizontal strap passageway and a second end with a vertical strap passageway. The cable tie strap is installed in the first end of the buckle and the locking tabs secure the cable tie strap to the buckle. The cable tie strap wraps around the bundle. The free end of the cable tie strap is installed in the second end of the buckle to secure the bundle.

摘要： A cable tie may include a belt and a buckle to which a proximal end of the belt is connected. When the belt wrapped around a clamped article is inserted into an insertion hole of the buckle through an inlet end and is then tightened, the belt can be locked to the buckle while the belt is fastened around the clamped article. After the belt is locked to the buckle, an excess portion of the belt drawn from an outlet end of the insertion hole of the buckle is cut off while leaving a remaining portion. The buckle has a protecting portion that is configured to cover both sides of the remaining portion of the belt. The protecting portion is configured to cover all of four corners of a cut surface of the remaining portion of the belt.

摘要： A flush cut tie device facilitates flush trimming of excess after securing a tie device. The device includes a tie and a channel coupled to a first end of the tie. A projection is positioned in an interior of the channel. A plurality of ridges is positioned in spaced relationship along a length of the tie wherein one of the ridges is engaged by the projection when a second end of the tie is extended through the channel. A pair of grooves extends into opposite exterior faces of the channel wherein the grooves are positioned for facilitating engagement of clippers to the channel and cutting an end portion of the channel and the tie from a main portion of the channel. Thus, a cut end of the tie is flush with the main portion of the channel when the end portion of the channel is clipped.

摘要： A cable tie has a flexible, elongated strap with a head and tail at opposite ends. The strap has two opposed sides, with teeth on both sides. The head includes an opening for receiving the strap, a movable pawl with teeth on one side of the opening and, on the opposite side of the opening, an abutment surface having an abutment tooth. The head may include a molding line adjoining the apex of the abutment tooth. The cable tie may be used to retain articles by looping the strap around the articles, and inserting the strap, tail first, into the opening, whereby the pawl teeth and abutment teeth may be brought into engagement with the teeth on the two opposed sides, respectively, at least when retraction force is applied to the strap, such as to lock the strap in the head, preventing retraction of the strap from the head.

摘要： Cable lacing tie devices and methods of using the same are disclosed. The cable lacing tie devices include a head assembly and a cable lacing tape. The head assembly being configured to retain a first portion of the cable lacing tape within the head assembly and having a length of the cable lacing tape extending from the head assembly. The head assembly further adapted to retain a second portion of the cable lacing tape extending from the head assembly. The methods of using the cable lacing tie devices to hold together a plurality of objects with a cable lacing tie device include retaining a first portion of a cable lacing tape in a head assembly, looping the cable lacing tape around the plurality of objects and retaining a second portion of the cable lacing tape within the head assembly.

摘要： The present invention includes a C-type resin clip projecting from an exterior surface on a band tightener in a band-type wire harness mount or from a front surface on a middle portion of a substrate in a substrate-type wire harness mount, and a C-type metal clip having a length shorter than the C-type resin clip. The C-type metal clip is mounted between upper and lower tabs of the C-type resin clip. A pressing projection is provided on opposing interior surfaces of each of the upper and lower tabs of the C-type resin clip, and a press-down tab is provided on the upper and lower tabs of the C-type metal clip. When a bracket is pressed in between the upper and lower tabs of the C-type metal clip, the press-down tabs are lifted by the pressing projections and both the upper and lower surfaces of the bracket are pinched and held.
