The valve-accommodating part is provided with: a cylindrical housing part accommodated inside the container body; a tube part extending downward from the housing part, the lower end thereof being disposed near the bottom side of the container body; and a first sealing part for closing the bottom end of the tube part.

Provided is a discharge container configured such that a valve assembly is firmly secured to a metallic container body provided with a bead and such that the discharge container has high sealing properties. A discharge container is provided with a metallic container body (11) and a valve assembly (12) which is secured to the opening of the container body (11). The valve assembly (12) is provided with a ping section (21) which is inserted into the opening, a seal material (18) provided to the outer periphery of the ping section (21), and a cover cap (19) which affixes the seal material (18) and the plug section (21) to the container body (11). The seal material (18) is in contact with a circular cylinder section (11c) located below the plastically deformable section of the cover cap (19), and the gap between the container body (11) and the valve assembly (12) is sealed by the seal material (18).

A method for manufacturing a discharge product includes the steps of: preparing the double pressurized container including an outer container; an inner container stored inside the outer container and having flexibility; and a plug for sealing both of the outer container and the inner container; charging a concentrate inside the inner container; contracting the inner container before or after charging the concentrate; tightly mounting the plug to a mouth of the inner container; charging the pressurizing agent between the outer container and the inner container through a space between a mouth of the outer container and the mouth of the inner container; and tightly closing the space between the mouth of the outer container and the mouth of the inner container by the plug.

Provided are an ejection member and an aerosol product using the same capable of obtaining a desired shape of an ejection material by suppressing adhesion of the ejection ejection materials to each other. An ejection member 20 to be connected to an aerosol container 10 filled with a foaming content is provided with an expansion chamber E for promoting foaming of the foaming content from the aerosol container 10 and a plurality of nozzles 22c for ejecting the foaming content in the expansion chamber E to the outside. The expansion chamber E is provided with an introduction port 21e for introducing the foaming content from the aerosol container 10 and a delivery port 22b for delivering the foaming content to the nozzle 22c side. The nozzles 22c each have a slit-shaped ejection port 22d. The communication path that communicates the ejection port 22d and the delivery port 22b has a slit-shaped slit portion 22e. A length L1 of the slit portion 22e in the ejection direction is greater than a slit width W1 of the ejection port 22d.

A discharge product 11a, 31a has the double pressurized container 11 filled with the concentrate C and the pressurizing agent P.

A discharge device is provided with a pressurized product filling and sealing the concentrate and the pressurizing agent P inside the container, and a discharge member discharging the concentrate by breaking through the pressurized product. The discharge member is provided with a valve which becomes a discharge passage of the concentrate, and a cap which covers the valve and is detachably mounted to the pressurized product. The discharge device is provided with a suppressing means (a maintaining mechanism, a movable lid, pressing to the bottom of the recessed part of the projecting part, a part releasing mechanism, a ratchet mechanism, a thin part and a plurality of coupling parts) for suppressing the leakage of the concentrate caused by removing the valve.

Provided is a multilayer-structured discharge container having a simple structure, capable of facilitating the loading of a substance to be contained and a pressurizing agent, and capable of facilitating the ejection of the pressurizing agent after use. A discharge container in which a valve mechanism is provided with a stem having two independent in-stem paths, one in-stem path communicates with an in-holder discharge path, the other in-stem path communicates with an in-holder gas path, a contained substance is discharged by closing the other in-stem path, and the pressurizing agent is ejected by opening the other in-stem path. The discharge container is capable of causing a pressurization chamber and the atmosphere to communicate by removing a push-button from a valve assembly and pressing down a stem of a valve mechanism (switching operation).
