    Abstract: A beam indication method, a beam indication apparatus, a terminal and a network side device are provided. When the method is applied to a terminal side, the method includes: receiving by the terminal an indication message configured to indicate a first beam direction for transmitting a first object, where the first beam direction is the same as or different from a second beam direction used by the terminal for transmitting a second object, the first object and the second object are one of a channel and a reference signal, and the first beam direction is a direction indicated by a TCI state in a preconfigured TCI state set; and transmitting by the terminal the first object according to the first beam direction.

The beam measurement method comprises: receiving, by a terminal, resource configuration information for beam measurement transmitted by a network device, where the resource configuration information includes beam measurement resources and first information; and performing, by the terminal, beam measurement according to the beam measurement resources and the first information, where the first information includes at least one of the following: a parameter of a physical cell identifier list; indication information associated with physical cell identifiers; or first indexes of the beam measurement resources, where the first indexes implicitly indicate physical cell identifiers.
