    Abstract: A hairpin motor stator includes a stator core, a plurality of slots, a first hairpin wire and a temperature sensor. The stator core defines a rotor accommodating space. The slots are located on the stator core, and each slot extends in a radial direction from the rotor accommodating space. Each slot has a side opening adjacent to the rotor accommodating space. One of the slots is a temperature sensor accommodating slot. The first hairpin wire is located in the temperature sensor accommodating slot and proximal to the side opening of the temperature sensor accommodating slot. The temperature sensor is between the side opening of the temperature sensor accommodating slot and the first hairpin wire. The temperature sensor is larger than the side opening of the temperature sensor accommodating slot such that the temperature sensor is enclosed in the temperature sensor accommodating slot.

    Abstract: A motor stator includes a ring-shaped core defining a rotor accommodation space, a plurality of slots, a first hairpin conductor, a second hairpin conductor, and a temperature sensor. The slots are disposed in the core and arranged to surround the rotor accommodation space circumferentially. The slots extend radially from the rotor accommodation space. The core includes an insertion side and an extension side. The slots include a temperature sensor accommodation slot which, at the insertion side, has a radial length greater than a radial length of any other one of the slots. The first hairpin conductor is disposed in the temperature sensor accommodation slot distal to the rotor accommodation space. The second hairpin conductor is disposed in the temperature sensor accommodation slot, and the temperature sensor is disposed between the first and second hairpin conductors.

    Abstract: A cooling system includes a rotor structure, a first end plate and a second end plate. The rotor structure includes a silicon steel, magnets and a shaft. The first end plate is at a first end of the silicon steel, and the first end plate is recessed with a first-shaped oil groove and a second-shaped oil groove. The second end plate is at a second end of the silicon steel, and the second end plate is recessed with a first-shaped oil groove and a second-shaped oil groove. The first-shaped oil groove of the first end plate is connected to the second-shaped oil groove of the second end plate to form a first cooling path. The second-shaped oil groove of the first end plate is connected to the first-shaped oil groove of the second end plate to form a second cooling path.
