摘要： A method for forming a plurality of metal strips on a semiconductor device comprising forming a metallic layer on a surface of semiconductor base, coating a photo sensitive resin layer on the said surface of the metallic layer, forming at least one pattern corresponding to at least one metal strip on the sensitized resin layer and etching the metallic layer with an etching solution which oxidizes the semiconductor base.

摘要： A magnetic head is provided having at least one loop-shaped magneto-resistance effect device to which two input terminals and two output terminals are alternately connected, four resistor portions being respectively formed between these four terminals. One of these resistor portions is selected as a detector portion and has an external surface arranged to contact a magnetic flux applying means, such as a magnetic tape.
