    摘要: A magnetic detection module is provided so as to be selectively mountable in any of housings having a plurality of specifications having different shapes or sizes of mounting portions, and detects magnetic flux generated in the housing. The magnetic detection module includes one or more magnetic sensors that detect magnetic flux, a case in which the magnetic sensors are housed, and a cap that can be attached to an end of the case and is provided with a sealing member. The magnetic detection module can be attached to the housing of the first specification with the cap not attached to the case, and can be attached to the housing of the second specification through a sealing member with the cap attached to the case.

    摘要: A torsion bar of a torque detection device converts torque applied between an input shaft and an output shaft to a torsional displacement. A pair of yokes is secured to the output shaft, and forms a magnetic circuit in a magnetic field of a multipolar magnet secured to the input shaft. A magnetic flux guide member has a main body facing the yoke to guide magnetic flux of the magnetic circuit. A magnetic sensor is placed at an extension, and detects magnetic flux guided by the magnetic flux guide member. The magnetic flux guide member is configured to allow magnetic permeance per unit area between the magnetic flux guide member and the yoke to be greater at a location in the main body from which the extension is branched, than at a circumferential end portion of the main body.

    摘要: A torque detector detects a torsional torque between a first shaft and a second shaft based on a torsional displacement of an elastic member coaxially connecting the first shaft and the second shaft. The torque detector includes a magnetic flux generation unit and a magnetic sensor. The magnetic flux generation unit rotates with rotation of the first shaft and includes a first pole and a second pole into and out of which lines of magnetic force enter and exit. The magnetic sensor rotates with rotation of the second shaft and includes a detection surface for detecting a magnetic flux or a magnetic flux density. The first pole and the second pole are arranged to face each other across the magnetic sensor.

    摘要: In a main magnetic circuit, first pulling force generated based on a first component of the magnetic flux flowing through the main magnetic path pulls a movable core in a reciprocation direction of the movable core. The first pulling force increases with a reduction of a dimension of the gap. In an auxiliary magnetic circuit, second pulling force generated based on the second component of the magnetic flux flowing through the auxiliary magnetic path pulls the movable core in the reciprocation direction of the movable core. In the auxiliary magnetic circuit, the second pulling force with the dimension of the gap being within a first range is changed to be higher than the second pulling force with the dimension of the gap being within a second range, the second range being smaller than the first range.

    摘要: A torque sensor is provided with a torsion bar which converts torque applied between a first shaft and a second shaft into a torsional displacement. A multipole magnet is fixed to one end side of either the first shaft or the torsion bar and in which N poles and S poles are magnetized alternately in a circumferential direction. A plurality of first yokes is provided in the circumferential direction on a radially outer side of the multipole magnet. A plurality of second yokes is provided in the circumferential direction on the radially outer side of the multipole magnet in such a way that each second yoke is sandwiched between two first yokes. A set of magnetic flux collecting members includes a first main body portion and a second main body portion, and forms a magnetic circuit in conjunction with the plurality of first yokes and the plurality of second yokes in a magnetic field generated by the multipole magnet. A magnetic sensor is provided radially outside the first main body portion and the second main body portion to detect a magnetic flux density generated in the magnetic circuit.

    摘要: A torque detecting apparatus includes a first shaft; a second shaft; an elastic member coaxially linking the first and second shafts; and a magnet attached to the first shaft; a pair of magnetic yokes composed of a first magnetic yoke and a second magnetic yoke, the first and second magnetic yokes being fixedly installed on the second shaft; and a magnetic sensor. Each magnetic yoke includes an opposing portion and a wall portion. The opposing portion is opposed to the magnet and displaced circumferentially relatively to the magnet when the elastic member is subjected to a torsional displacement. The wall portions of the first and second magnetic yokes are separated and positioned outside the opposing portions in the radial direction. The wall portions of the first and second magnetic yokes extend to be mutually opposed. The magnetic sensor is positioned between the wall portions.

    摘要: A torque detecting device detects a torsional torque between a first shaft and a second shaft based on a torsional displacement of a resilient member linking the first shaft and the second shaft coaxially.     摘要: A solenoid device includes two electromagnetic coils, two stationary cores, two plungers and a yoke that surrounds the two electromagnetic coils. When a first electromagnetic coil is energized, magnetic flux flows through a first magnetic circuit that includes the first stationary core. When the two electromagnetic coils are energized, magnetic flux of the first electromagnetic coil flows through the first magnetic circuit, and magnetic flux of the second electromagnetic coil flows through a second magnetic circuit that includes a second stationary core. When energization of the first electromagnetic coil is stopped while maintaining energization of the second electromagnetic coil, the magnetic flux of the second electromagnetic coil continues to flow through the second magnetic circuit and a third magnetic circuit that includes the two stationary cores. A magnetism limiting portion is disposed in a portion of the second magnetic circuit that does not overlap the third magnetic circuit.
