A stator includes a stator core having an annular core back surrounding the rotor core and teeth extending inward from the core back and arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction, and coils attached to the stator core. The hole has an arc shape protruding inward. The magnet is in the hole and has an arc shape extending along the hole. The rotor core has cavity portions sandwiching the magnet. A curved outer surface of the hole is in close contact with a curved outer surface of the magnet at a portion closer to a center in the circumferential direction than an end portion in the circumferential direction. At least a part of the cavity portion extends to the outer side in the circumferential direction with respect to the center of a pole.

    摘要: A rotor for an electric machine may include a stack of ferrous laminations and a rotor core. The stack may be divided into a plurality of segments in a circumferential direction. At least one permanent magnet may be arranged between two adjacent segments of the plurality of segments. Each of the plurality of segments may have an opening extending in a radial direction outwards from a radially inner surface. The rotor core may connect the two adjacent segments. The rotor core may be formed via casting a non-ferrous material in a space disposed radially inwards of the plurality of segments and into the radially outwards extending opening of each of the plurality of segments. The opening of each of the plurality of segments may have a generally fir-tree shaped section profile.

A plurality of stator coil windings are wrapped around the plurality of stator poles and individually controllable for generating a magnetic force to center the rotor within the stator with carefully-timed adjustments to magnetic fields generated by the stator.

    摘要: An axial flux electrical machine, such as an electric motor, dynamo, pump, generator, or alternator has a casing with vents or openings enabling cooling or pumped media to flow into and out of the casing when the rotor of the electrical machine rotates. The stator is formed from conductive elements connected at their axial outer regions by interconnecting members. Conductive elements have a gap or space to direct cooling through the winding to the central region. Each conductive element has legs bent in opposing directions relative to the starting plane of the conductor closest to the central axis then the second leg is bent back in the direction of the first. A portion of the windings of the stator are spaced apart to allow media to flow between the windings to the central axis area and then is allowed flow outward between the rotor and the stator.
