Abstract: A system includes: a low-temperature circuit having a chiller and in which a cooling water circulates therethrough; a heat dissipation unit for dissipating heat to an air; a refrigeration circuit in which a refrigerant circulates and for absorbing heat from the cooling water to the refrigerant at the chiller and dissipating heat from the refrigerant at the heat dissipation unit; a ratio adjusting device for adjusting a heat dissipation unit passing ratio; and a controller for controlling an heat transfer amount adjusting apparatus capable of adjusting the heat transfer amount in the refrigeration circuit and the ratio adjusting device. If it is predicted that the temperature of the cooling water decreases, the controller controls the apparatus so that the heat transfer amount is increased and controls the ratio adjusting device so that the ratio is decreased, before the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the chiller decreases.

Abstract: A system includes a refrigeration circuit, low-temperature circuit and controller. The refrigeration circuit includes: a tiller for absorbing heat from a colling water to a refrigerant; and a condenser for releasing heat from the refrigerant to an outside, and realizes a refrigeration cycle by circulating the refrigerant therethrough. The low-temperature circuit includes the tiller and an external heat exchanger for absorbing heat from an outside to the first heat medium, and circulate the cooling water therethrough. The controller can change a heat absorption amount of the refrigerant at the tiller. The controller controls the device so that a change in the heat absorption amount of the refrigerant at the first heat exchanger in accordance with a change in a temperature of the first heat medium is reduced, if the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the first heat exchanger changes by a reference value or more.

Abstract: A heat pump system includes a heat pump cycle, a heating unit, a low-temperature side heat medium circuit, and a control unit. The heat pump cycle includes a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator. The heating unit heats ventilation air with heat released form refrigerant in the condenser. The low-temperature side heat medium circuit circulates a low-temperature side heat medium such that the refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat of the low-temperature side heat medium, and includes a heat source device and a heat amount adjustment unit. The control unit causes an amount of heat transfer in the heating unit for heating the ventilation air to approach a predetermined target value via adjustment in temperature of the low-temperature side heat medium by controlling a rotation speed of the compressor and an operation of at least one of the heat source device and the heat amount adjustment unit.

Abstract: An energy manager serving as a battery management device manages a state of a driving battery mounted on a vehicle. The battery management device includes a temperature adjustment unit, an environmental information acquisition unit, a temperature estimation unit, a target temperature setting unit, and a travel speed adjustment unit. The target temperature setting unit sets a target battery temperature at which the battery can be efficiently charged by operating the temperature adjustment unit when the vehicle arrives at a charging facility. The travel speed adjustment unit uses battery temperature estimated by the temperature estimation unit and target battery temperature set by the target temperature setting unit to determine an adjustment amount of a travel speed when the vehicle travels to the charging facility.
