Abstract: A new and improved microfabrication device, microfabrication method, transfer mold, and transfer object that can suppress a defect are provided. A microfabrication device comprises a tool mounting portion, a predetermined cutting tool, an oscillator, and a controller, wherein the controller performs a cutting process to satisfy at least one of: a cutting condition (1) that oscillations at a start point and an end point of each set are in phase with each other; and a cutting condition (2) that oscillations of the sets are in phase with each other.

Abstract: A transfer mold comprises a substrate having one or more fine concave portions formed on a surface thereof. At least one of a sidewall and a bottom of each fine concave portion has an oscillation waveform satisfying at least one of the following oscillation waveform conditions: (1) the oscillation waveform is continuous; (2) the oscillation waveform is a composite waveform of a plurality of oscillation waveforms, and the plurality of oscillation waveforms are in phase with each other; (3) fine concave portions of a plurality of rows are formed on the substrate, and oscillation waveforms of adjacent fine concave portions are in phase with each other; and (4) fine concave portions of a plurality of rows are formed on the substrate, and oscillation waveforms of the fine concave portions are in phase with each other for every two pitches.

Abstract: A laminated film, including an adhesive layer peelably laminated on a base film, and a carrier film overlapping each other are passed between a bladed roller including a plurality of disk-shaped slitting blades arranged at a pitch of 0.5 mm or less and an anvil roller with the laminated film on the bladed roller side to slit the laminated film by score cutting. The slitting blades have a blade angle of 30° or less. By doing so, the laminated film including the adhesive layer peelably laminated on the base film is silt to have a tape width of 0.5 mm or less in such a way that the base film and the adhesive layer do not peel apart and the protrusion of the adhesive layer is suppressed.

Abstract: Provided is an optical filter having different color correction effects for specific wavelength regions depending on the angle of incident light. The optical filter includes a transmission portion transmitting light and an absorption portion absorbing light between a plane of incidence and a plane of emission, and the volume of the transmission portion is larger than the volume of the absorption portion. For the optical filter, when the transmission spectrum S0 of light incident at 0° and the transmission spectrum S60 of light incident at 60° are superimposed, the transmittance (%) at 60° is lower than the transmittance (%) at 0° by 15% or more for a first wavelength band, and the difference between the transmittance (%) at 60° and the transmittance (%) at 0° is lower by 10% or more less for a second wavelength band.

Abstract: Provided is a manufacturing method for a roll mold. The method includes performing a process of forming a linear groove on an outer peripheral surface of a roll base material in a roll axial direction or a direction inclined with respect to the roll axial direction n times, where n is 800 or more. A total of m linear grooves of 1st to mth linear grooves are formed at respective positions that are made up of a position of 0 degrees and at least one position shifted a multiple of (360/m) degrees from the position of 0 degrees, the position of 0 degrees being any position on the outer peripheral surface of the roll base material. In the subsequent cutting processes, linear grooves are formed at respective positions shifted from the positions of the 1st to mth linear grooves in a predetermined direction.
