At least one of a sidewall and a bottom of each fine concave portion has an oscillation waveform satisfying at least one of the following oscillation waveform conditions: the oscillation waveform is continuous; the oscillation waveform is a composite waveform of a plurality of oscillation waveforms, and the plurality of oscillation waveforms are in phase with each other; fine concave portions of a plurality of rows are formed on the substrate, and oscillation waveforms of adjacent fine concave portions are in phase with each other; and fine concave portions of a plurality of rows are formed on the substrate, and oscillation waveforms of the fine concave portions are in phase with each other for every two pitches.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a machine for cutting decorations for frustoconical bodies, for cutting printed strips wherein arch-shaped decorations and disposable trapezoidal portions are alternated. The machine comprises two longitudinal supports mounted on clamping pieces and carriers of respective groups of counter blades; and two independent groups of blades attached to the respective groups of counter blades and defining a gap between them of increasing width towards a lower gravity outlet opening of the trapezoidal portions separated by cutting. The blades of each group are fixed to respective drive shafts mounted in holes in the longitudinal supports and fixed to a common plate driven by a cylinder. The clamping parts of the longitudinal supports and the common plate are exchangeable for others that provide different inclinations and separations of the groups of blades and counter blades.

    摘要: A paper-feeding cutting machine is provided. The paper-feeding cutting machine includes a frame and a machine head. The frame is provided with a paper-loading platform, a cutting table, a receiving hopper and a crossbeam, wherein a linear guide rail is disposed on both sides of the frame, and the cross beam is connected to the linear guide rail.     摘要: A foam panel cutting machine for cutting foam panels used in insulated building panels. The foam panel cutting machine has a feeder system feeds the foam panel through the cutting blades. The cutting machine additionally includes a frame, a plurality of upper rollers and a plurality of lower rollers rotationally mounted to the frame. The foam panel cutting machine can be constructed so that it may be portable. One embodiment includes the upper rollers on an adjustable head that can adjust the gap distance between the upper and lower rollers so that foam panels of various thicknesses may be cut. The cutting blade may be a hot-knife wherein the blade is heated by passing an electrical current through it. The cutting blade may have a “L” or “J” shape to cut kerfs into the foam panel that receive metal studs to form an insulated building panel.
