Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a superior protein with more decreased binding property to the Fc region of immunoglobulin and/or more decreased binding property to the Fab region thereof in the weakly acidic region in comparison with a protein containing an extracellular domain of a wild-type protein G without spoiling the high antibody binding property in the neutral region, and to allow the antibody to be easily captured and recovered without denaturing it by means of a capturing agent and column comprising the above protein. The present invention relates to a capturing agent for an antibody, immunoglobulin G or a protein comprising an Fc region of the immunoglobulin G, wherein a protein consisting of a tandem-type multimer of extracellular domain mutants that have binding property to the protein comprising the Fc region of the immunoglobulin G is immobilized to a water-insoluble solid support via mainly an amino group, and a column for a chromatography for separating and purifying the protein, which is filled with the capturing agent.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat transport medium to be transported with a fluid that is liquid in an operating temperature range containing a porous material and a latent heat storage material penetrated in the pores of the porous material, wherein the latent heat storage material is incompatible with the fluid and has a melting point within the operating temperature range, and the porous material has a liquid repellency to the fluid, an affinity for the latent heat storage material, and a sponge hardness of not more than 50. This invention achieves stable heat transport with a high heat conversion efficiency even by circulating the medium through a pipeline over a long period of time. The porous material has an apparent density of about 0.05 to 0.5 g/cm3.
Abstract:
An automotive part includes a substrate and a cured layer bonded to the substrate, and the cured layer comprises a cured product of a curable composition containing: (A) an epoxy compound containing (A1) a first epoxy compound having at least two alicyclic epoxy groups and (A2) a second epoxy compound represented by the following formula (3): wherein s denotes an integer of not less than 2, R2 represents a s-valent straight-chain or branched-chain saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group, or a s-valent group in which two or more straight-chain or branched-chain saturated aliphatic hydrocarbon groups are coupled through ether bond(s); and (C) a leveling agent.
