摘要： Disclosed is a eutectic mixture containing a first component and a second component as main components. The first component is a quaternary ammonium salt, and the second component is an aminocarboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof, the aminocarboxylic acid having a —COOH group and an —NH— group in the same molecule. The eutectic mixture has a melting point, Tm, which is lower than the melting point of the first component, T1, and which is lower than the melting point of the second component, T2. The eutectic mixture is in a homogeneous liquid state at a temperature higher than the melting point, Tm. Disclosed is a liquid composition containing a third component dissolving in the eutectic mixture. The third component contains one or two or more selected from cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin.
