    摘要: Voltage dividing circuits P1 to P3 are connected between the GND line connected to a battery B and the positive terminals of cells C1 to C3, respectively. Correcting discharging circuits D1 to D3 are connected between an output line on the side of the positive terminal of the battery B and the positive terminals of the cells C1 to C3, respectively. The amounts of discharges of the cells due to the correcting discharging circuits D1 to D3 are set to be equal to those of the cells due to the voltage dividing circuits P1 to P3, respectively, thereby leveling the capacities of the cells.

    摘要: Forced discharging circuits each of which is configured by connecting in series a transistor, a reverse blocking Zener diode, and a discharging resistor are connected between positive and negative output terminals of cells, respectively. In each of the Zener diodes, the Zener voltage is set to be substantially equal to the cut-off voltage of discharge of the corresponding cell. The bases of the transistors are connected to a switching control circuit. The transistor of each of the forced discharging circuits is set so as to have a larger on-duty ratio, as the cell to which the forced discharging circuit is connected is remoter from a ground line, so that the average currents flowing through the cells are equal to one another.
