    摘要: A hydraulic circuit is disclosed that provides a wide variety of flow options. A hydraulic system includes a first pump, a second pump, an auxiliary passage, and a supplemental apparatus. The first pump is in fluid communication with a first valve, and the second pump is in fluid communication with a second valve. The auxiliary passage is in fluid communication with the first valve and the second valve. The supplemental apparatus is in fluid communication, by way of a supplemental passage, with the second valve and the auxiliary passage. The supplementary apparatus can take a wide variety of forms, variously including a dump valve, an additional pump, a relief valve, and other components, and thereby reconfigure the hydraulic circuit to provide a greater and more flexible variety of flow rates and pressures that can be applied to the auxiliary passage. The auxiliary passage may be in fluid communication with a third valve. A power machine incorporating an integrated hydraulic system is also disclosed, which uses a hydraulic circuit having a supplemental apparatus for a variety of advantageous uses.

    摘要: A piston is disclosed that includes a longitudinal passage disposed between outlets on the opposing faces of the piston, and a radial passage extending from a node with the longitudinal passage to an outlet on the annular wall between opposing piston seals. Check valves are disposed in the longitudinal passage between the node and each of the piston faces, such that each of the check valves enables fluid flow from its inlet to the outlet on the annular wall, and block fluid flow from the outlet on the annular wall to the inlet. In the event of pistons in a fluid system becoming out of phase with each other, fluid may be admitted through the inlet of the longitudinal passage and the respective check valve and out a side wall outlet, thereby bypassing the piston to exit via the respective end port, until another, out-of-phase piston or pistons in the system also reach full extension or retraction, automatically returning all pistons in the system to be in phase with each other.

    摘要: A fluid pressure cylinder assembly has a sensor to provide a signal indicating the amount of extension of a piston rod from the cylinder. The sensor includes a sleeve that is fixed relative to a base of the cylinder and passes into a longitudinal bore in the piston rod, and the piston rod carries a sensor core that is in the bore and is secured to the piston rod at an end opposite from a piston on the rod. The core slides on the interior of the sensor sleeve. A connection is provided to the sensor sleeve such that as the core moves relative to the sensor sleeve a signal indicating the amount of movement and the relative position of the cylinder base and the piston rod is provided.

    摘要: A work machine has a lift arm assembly pivotably coupled to a frame assembly at a forward frame pivot. The lift arm assembly includes a pair of spaced-apart lift arms and an extensible lift cylinder. The lift cylinder is pivotably coupled to the lift arms at a lift cylinder connection pivot. The lift cylinder is pivotably coupled to the frame assembly such that extension of the lift cylinder moves the lift arms with respect to the frame assembly about the frame pivot. A boom stop is pivotably coupled to the lift cylinder connection pivot. The boom stop is movable from an inoperable position with a remote end adjacent the lift arms to an operable position wherein the boom stop engages the frame assembly and prevents lowering movement of the lift arms with respect to the frame assembly. The lift arm assembly also can include a latch assembly coupled to one of the lift arms for holding the boom stop in the inoperable position.

    摘要: An apparatus for adjusting a height of suspension of a vehicle frame includes a first end of a shock absorber mounted to a suspension arm and a top end of a shock absorber slidably attached to a frame of the vehicle and is movable in a first plane of travel. An adjusting member is slidably attached to the frame and movable within a second plane of travel non-parallel to the first plane of travel of the second end of the shock absorber. The adjusting member includes a camming surface which provides a force to the second end of the shock absorber such that as the adjusting member moves in the second plane of travel, the camming surface positions the second end of the shock absorber in the first plane of travel thereby adjusting a height of the frame.

The control circuit includes at least one hydraulic actuator, a control valve and an auto-close feature. The control valve has at least a first energized position and a second energized position. The second energized position applies pressurized fluid to the at least one hydraulic actuator to actuate the attachment mounting device into the opened position. The auto-close feature is configured to be activated after the control valve is in the first energized position and is configured to be deactivated after the control valve is in the second energized position.

    摘要: A fluid system is described, which comprises first and second cylinders, each of which comprises a piston, and a first end and a second end corresponding to full stroke positions of the corresponding piston. The first ends and second ends of the two cylinders thereby define four cylinder ends. The first and second cylinders are fluidly coupled to each other via a first matched pair of cylinder ends selected from the first ends or the second ends. The system includes first and second bypass devices. The bypass devices are each configured so that when a full stroke position is occupied at a respective bypass end from among the four cylinder ends by the corresponding piston, the respective bypass device opens an outlet that allows a flow from the respective cylinder to bypass to a conduit coupled to the respective bypass end. This allows for the two cylinders to self-correct any tendency to lose synchronization with each other, and allows the system to balance pressure between the two cylinders.
