Abstract:
A mobile crane drive assembly axle includes mutually independent suspensions of wheel carriers arranged on both sides of the drive assembly frame of the mobile crane. The suspensions each include at least one transverse control arm which couples the wheel carrier onto the drive assembly frame and is connected to the drive assembly frame such that it can be rotated about an axis which extends substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the drive assembly frame.
Abstract:
A hydraulic rear axle steering for multi-axle vehicles, including a steering cylinder with a piston and two working chambers. The steering cylinder has a mechanical blocking device, which blocks the piston when it reaches a central position within the steering cylinder. The blocking device has a blocking member, which is retained in an engaged position by a locking element in the blocked state. The locking element is movable by a separate, hydraulically actuated actuator between a blocking position and a first unblocking position in which the locking element releases the blocking element. An admission-pressure-controlled load safety valve is provided for each working chamber, and control connections of the valves are connected to a pressure line leading to the respective other working chamber. The actuator is adjusted such that, when a lower, first pressure value is applied, the locking element moves into the unblocking position, and the valves are adjusted such that, when a higher, second pressure value is applied, the valves open towards the tank.
Abstract:
A steering system for an articulated truck. The articulated truck is formed of a tractor and a trailer and an articulation joint. The steering system includes a hydraulic cylinder, with a cylinder barrel and a piston. The steering system provides for changes in angle between the tractor and the trailer. The hydraulic cylinder includes a snubbing tube projecting into the cylinder barrel. A hydraulic fluid passage opens into the cylinder barrel within the snubbing tube. The snubbing tube includes a main slot and a plurality of channels each extending between an interior and an exterior of the snubbing tube. The plurality of channels have a cross sectional area smaller than a cross sectional area of the main slot. When the articulated truck is steered, the piston moves in the cylinder barrel and the snubbing tube dampens the movement to prevent forces generated by the piston damaging the articulated truck.
Abstract:
A self-setting valve assembly for a power steering gear assembly includes a plug, a first plunger, a second plunger, and a biasing member. The plug extends between a first end and a second end. The plug defines a cavity that is disposed between the first end and the second end, a first bore that extends from the first end to the cavity, and a second bore that extends from the second end to the cavity. The first plunger has a first head that is disposed within the cavity and a first stem that extends from the first head through the first bore. The second plunger has a second head that is disposed within the cavity and a second stem that extends from the first head through the second bore. The biasing member is disposed within the bore and extending between the first head and the second head.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a follow-up steering control system for a multi-axle automobile crane and the multi-axle automobile crane. In a steering state of the multi-axle automobile crane, an output oil pressure of a first oil pressure output port is greater or less than that of a second oil pressure output port; a piston rod of a left-turning hydraulic cylinder is lengthened and a piston rod of a right-turning hydraulic cylinder is shortened, or the piston rod of the left-turning hydraulic cylinder is shortened and the piston rod of the right-turning hydraulic cylinder is lengthened; and a first knuckle arm and a second knuckle arm are driven to make a rear left steering wheel and a rear right steering wheel turn left or right.
Abstract:
In a stroke-limiter equipped integral power steering apparatus, a valve body of a spring-loaded-plunger-equipped limiter valve is configured to enable a position of the valve body relative to a housing to be adjusted in a longitudinal direction of the valve body via an intermediate sleeve.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for protecting impact to a rack bar of a power steering gearbox comprising an oil pressure cylinder, to which oil which has passed through an oil pressure pump and a rotary valve is supplied through a left port or right port, a rack bar disposed in the oil pressure cylinder and horizontally reciprocating, a piston fixed at the middle of the rack bar, a first lack bush and a second lack bush disposed at both ends of the cylinder, in which the piston moves, to close the cylinder, and bypass holes with a downward convex shape disposed at both ends of the cylinder adjacent to the first and second rack bushes, in which a part of oil pressure is released immediately before a piston of the rack bar moving by the power of oil pressure reaches a rack bush, whereby impact to the cylinder or noise is not generated.
Abstract:
A linear actuator for vehicle power steering systems with at least three steered wheels of a double-acting type that comprises a cylindrical body, closed at opposite ends; a piston, accommodated inside the cylindrical body axially slideable between the ends; and a stem, rigidly associated with the piston, coaxial to the cylindrical body, and protruding from at least one of the ends, the piston dividing the cylindrical body into two chambers, each provided with an inflow/outflow opening formed at the two opposite ends; and at least one pair of one-way valves, provided in the piston with a respective inlet connected to a respective chamber and outlets mutually connected, each valve having a stem slideably accommodated in the respective inlet with one end associated with a respective flow control element and the opposite end that protrudes externally from the piston, so as to open a respective valve.
Abstract:
A hydraulic power steering system, in which the servomotor also acts as a steering damper. Damper valves are arranged on hydraulic lines between the servomotor and servo valve. In order to compensate the temperature-dependent viscosity of the hydraulic medium, throttle elements of the damper valves cooperate with spring arrangements operating as a function of temperature (bimetallic springs, springs consisting of form memory alloy).
Abstract:
