    摘要： A wastewater system is provided. The system includes channels and conduits for wastewater guidance and discharge. High aspect ratio channels and one or more distribution conduits are provided in the system such that wastewater, such as septic wastewater, is discharged from the system and into the system surroundings. The high aspect ratio channels are spaced apart from each other to allow for the discharge of the wastewater effluent from the system between the channels. The channels have a high height to width aspect ratio.

    摘要： When the dripline used for watering soil, low pressure air in the range 10–100 inch water column is flowed through a buried dripline, in alternation of with flow of water at 5 psig or more. The flow of air provides oxygen to the soil, and more widely and evenly disperses the water within the soil, and impedes or counters saturation. A buried dripline runs in a U-shape path, so that low pressure and flow of air from emitters near the dripline terminal end is compensated for by higher pressure and flow of air near the inlet end. Flow of low pressure air or other gas, which pushes water from the dripline and surrounding soil, enables use of driplines in soil subject to freezing.

    摘要： The performance of a leach field of a septic tank type wastewater treatment system and other analogous devices is enhanced, maintained or rejuvenated by flowing air or other active gas through conduits of the system. Air is flowed serially through leaching chambers, perforated pipes in stone filled trenches, pits and the like, and the adjacent soil where wastewater treatment takes place. In alternate embodiments, conduits are pressurized or evacuated; and, auxiliary pipes are buried in vicinity of the conduits. An air mover creates a differential pressure sufficient to effect a desired physical or biochemical change in the soil adjacent the conduits, variously to to an extent sufficient to push water from saturated soil and to change the gas composition in the soil. Different valve devices and piping configurations are used to manage the desired flow of air and wastewater.

The flow of wastewater may be alternated with the flow of air. Different valve devices and piping configurations are used to manage the desired flow of air and wastewater.
