摘要: An appliqué of the invention comprises a disposable carrier film onto which a release layer and PU inks are printed using layering techniques. The ink layers can be multicoloured and each color is applied sequentially using a conventional screen-printing method. A back-up, a lacquer layer, and an adhesive layer are printed in sequence over the ink layers. The ink includes reflective particles providing the optical effect of a 3-dimensional appliqué. The artwork is created by overlapping design layers to controlled specification sequences. The ink, because of the additives, creates a desired color tone, and this may be enhanced by layering of the ink in an overlapping region. Thus, there are three main regions, namely a central region with reflective ink, a “shoulder” region with overlapping matt and reflective inks and an outer region with only matt ink.

摘要: A carrying device for an electronic device including a unitary body having a handle and a base, the handle having a centrally disposed aperture and a concave opening in each of the right and left sides of the handle to receive a user's fingers therethrough is provided. A pivotable first flange and an identical second flange are disposed on a base, each flange having a folding score line to allow the device to pivot from a first position to a second position when in use with a laptop. Each flange has an adhesive inner wall to attach the carrying device to an electronic device. A channel, configured to receive an outer edge of an electronic device, is disposed between the first and second flanges to permit a user to transport an electronic device without the need for a satchel or carrying case.

摘要: Methods and systems which identify and interact with network interfaces based on the network to which they provide access. A computing device operating in accordance with one or more of the principles described herein may examine available network interfaces and identify the network to which the network interfaces provide access, and perform networking tasks on interfaces based on the network identified. For example, a user may instruct a computing device to connect to a specified network, and the computing device will select a particular network interface by which to connect from the one or more available network interfaces that are able to connect to that network. Alternatively, a user may manage policies (e.g., security, connection, and application policies) based on the network to which a network interface provides access and thereby manage a network regardless of which of multiple network interfaces is used to access the network.

摘要: Described is a technology by which network connections are unified into a single user interface for user interaction with those networks. Upon receiving information identifying available networks that correspond to different types of media, a user interface component aggregates the available network connections and displays representations of the available network connections on the user interface. The result is a single user interface page on which the available networks are represented as available network connections that may correspond to destinations, for example by displaying a network name and/or a user-friendly name maintained in a network profile. Also displayable is connectivity status, security-related information, signal strength information for wireless network connections, and other information. The user may choose to show all available network connections, or only subset of the available network connections (e.g., only wireless, or only dial-up and VPN).
