摘要： This invention relates to a dual composition bar and extrusion nozzle therefore. The bar is formed of two different materials, preferably of separate colors, and has substantially sinusoidal upper and lower surfaces with a tongue and groove interlock therebetween. The extrusion nozzle utilizes two dies, the first of which has two die portions separated by a die element for forming a tongue and groove interlock between the two materials. The die element does not extend to the second die wherein the convoluted die portions squeeze the two materials together enhancing the interlock.

摘要： An antibacterial detergent laundry bar based on alkyl benzene sulfonate which has good foamability and skin mildness is disclosed. The formulation consists of about 10 to 35 percent alkyl benzene sulfonate, about 10 to 35 percent higher fatty alcohol sulfate, about 1 to 10 percent cocoamido propylamine oxide, about 0.2 to 2 percent phenoxy ethanol antibacterial agent and about 5 to 20 percent water.

摘要： A bottled particulate detergent is of certain particle sizes, bulk density and flowability and is contained in a necked bottle in which the neck opening is sufficiently small as to allow ready sealing with screw caps conventionally employed to close bottles while also, allowing pouring from the bottle of the particulate detergent of the described characteristics. In both dispensing and filling operations, due to the characteristic of the detergent composition and the bottle, flow surprisingly like that of a liquid is obtained.

摘要： A process for producing free flowing spray dried base builder beads comprising inorganic detergent builders. The builder beads comprise alkali metal phosphate, alkali metal silicate and water. The alkali metal phosphate component includes a hydrated and an anhydrous portion. Relatively large amounts of liquid or liquifiable detergent ingredients such as surface active agents etc. can be applied to the base beads after spray drying, without destroying their free flowing properties.
