Abstract: Disclosed are a supply apparatus for a fixed amount of washed rice and an instant rice manufacturing system having same. The supply apparatus for a fixed amount of washed rice according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a washed rice hopper provided at one side of an apparatus body and forming a place where washed rice is stored therein; a plurality of upper chutes which are provided in the lower region of the washed rice hopper and through which the washed rice in the washed rice hopper falls individually; a plurality of lower chutes provided in the same number as the upper chutes, spaced apart from each other in the lower region of the upper chutes, and supplying the washed rice falling from the upper chutes to instant rice containers; and a washed rice delivery unit which is disposed between the upper chutes and the lower chutes, is at least partially movable, and simultaneously delivers the washed rice on the upper chute sides to the lower chutes.

Abstract: A poly bubble bag filling machine, seal head, bag magazine, and a carton are described. The filling machine includes the bag magazine which is configured to hold and advance a plurality of pre-formed poly bubble bags as they are retrieved for filling. The carton provides simple handling and replacement of bags in the magazine and enables operation of the magazine while the carton is in place. A bag-transfer carriage transfers bags from the magazine to the seal head. The seal head includes suction bars configured to enable application and retention of a sufficient suction force to sides of the bag to open and retain the bag during filling. Sealing bars are positioned near the suction bars and are operable to seal the bag closed via application of heat.

Abstract: The technology described herein generally relates to an automated packaging apparatus and system that packages loose particles into a conical container as well as the final folded packages. More specifically, loose plant matter, such as crumbled dried leaves, are supplied to successive paper cones. The apparatus packs the crumbled leaves into the cones, closes the wide top portion of the cone into a precise shape, and then runs a quality control check to ensure that the final filled cone meets preset specifications.

Abstract: A displacement device for a handling device, including an articulation mechanism on which the handling device is accommodated, wherein the handling device is displaceable by the articulation mechanism between a first position and a second position.
