    摘要: A transfer element for being arranged between a dosing device and the filling device of a tubular bag machine, the dosing device allowing for the dosing of a prespecified filling quantity of the filling material to be filled into a tubular bag, and the transfer element comprising at least one input station, at least one dispensing station and several transfer containers, and a prespecified filling quantity of a filling material being transferable from the dosing device to the transfer containers in the input station, and the transfer containers being transported to the dispensing station along a transfer line, and the filling material being transferable from the transfer containers to the filling device in the dispensing station, and the transfer containers being transported back to the input station along a return transfer line, the transfer element being controlled by a transfer control system, the transfer control system controlling the transfer process for transferring the filling material from a transfer container to the filling device of the tubular bag machine in the dispensing station a) in accordance with the position of the transfer container relative to the filling device and/or b) in accordance with the speed of the transfer container.

    摘要: A poly bubble bag filling machine, seal head, bag magazine, and a carton are described. The filling machine includes the bag magazine which is configured to hold and advance a plurality of pre-formed poly bubble bags as they are retrieved for filling. The carton provides simple handling and replacement of bags in the magazine and enables operation of the magazine while the carton is in place. A bag-transfer carriage transfers bags from the magazine to the seal head. The seal head includes suction bars configured to enable application and retention of a sufficient suction force to sides of the bag to open and retain the bag during filling. Sealing bars are positioned near the suction bars and are operable to seal the bag closed via application of heat.

    摘要: A displacement device for a handling device, including an articulation mechanism on which the handling device is accommodated, wherein the handling device is displaceable by the articulation mechanism between a first position and a second position. The articulation mechanism has a four-pivot arrangement with a first link and a second link, wherein the first link is connected to the second link via a coupler. The coupler has a receiving section for receiving the handling device, wherein the first link, the second link and the coupler are matched to one another so that a substantially rectilinear displacement of the handling device takes place from the first position into the second position. In a method for displacement of a handling device by such a displacement device, the handling device is displaced substantially rectilinearly by the articulation mechanism between the first position and the second position. A packaging machine includes the displacement device.

    摘要: A method for sanitizing pre-measured units of a pre-sanitized flowable food product in a sanitizing device installed into an existing food production system without substantially increasing the head height requirement of the feed production system. A plurality of containers are moved about a path with increased retention time through a plurality of stations: a receiving station, one or more sanitizing stations, and a dispensing station, and a container cleaning station. A pre-measured unit measured for packaging is received at the receiving station into a container. The pre-measured unit is exposed to one or more sanitizing agents at one or more sanitizing stations. The pre-measured unit is immediately packaged after sanitization. The pre-measured unit is dispensed into a packaging device at the dispensing station. The containers are then cleaned at the container cleaning station to prepare each container to receive a subsequent pre-measured unit of the pre-sanitized flowable feed product.
