摘要: A table comprising a table base and a tabletop is disclosed. The table base comprises a top surface comprising one or more removable adhesives. The one or more removable adhesives adhere strongly when a force is applied in a horizontal direction and weakly when a force is supplied in a vertical direction. This prevents horizontal movement but allows vertical movement when a vertical force above an adhesion threshold is applied. The tabletop comprises a usable first side and a usable second side alternately mounted to the table base by means of the removable adhesives.

The rotatable portion rotates independently from the table base. At least a portion of the tabletop comprises a ferromagnetic material. The tabletop further comprises a usable first side and a usable second side alternately mounted to the table base by an attractive force between the ferromagnetic material and the one or more permanent magnets. Rotation of the rotatable portion of the top surface, such that the one or more permanent magnets are oriented away from the ferromagnetic material, engages or disengages the attractive force.

摘要: A table is disclosed. The table comprises a table base and tabletop. The table base comprises a top surface with a replaceable adhesive layer attached. The tabletop comprises a first usable side and a second usable side, the first usable side and the second usable side being alternately attached to the replaceable adhesive layer once the adhesive is cut, removed, and replaced. The top surface further comprises a rounded edge that acts to guide the entry of an adhesive cutting wire. The replaceable adhesive layer comprises embedded wire guides that define a cutting zone substantially the width of the cutting wire through the adhesive. The embedded wire guides restrict the cutting wire to the cutting zone while the adhesive is being cut, thereby allowing the first usable side and the second usable side to be alternately attached to the adhesive layer.

摘要: A method for improving body positioning are disclosed. A plurality of sensors in communication with a human body sitting or standing at a table or desk are provided. Each of the plurality of sensors is configured to detect at least one position of the human body, which is compared to a standard, and at least one signal related to the at least one position is generated. A controller receives the at least one signal from each of the plurality of sensors, stores a program that evaluates the at least one position for any improper position, and generates at least one position improvement reminder, including corrections and approbations, both selected from the group comprising visual, auditory, and physical notifications. The corrections continue during a period the improper position is detected. The approbations are provided after the period and as positive feedback after intervals of proper position.

摘要: The utility holder was designed to allow stored markers an extended life of working effectiveness. The design has one or more cylindrical recesses with a tapered bottom in which a dry-erase marker cap may be held in place in order that a dry-erase marker may be placed inside the cylindrical recess upside down, snapping into the dry-erase marker cap. The upside down placement of the markers in the magnetic whiteboard utility holder allows the markers maximum life. There are one or more magnets on the back surface of the utility holder which allows for it to adhere to a magnetic whiteboard. The utility holder also has a cuboid recess, which allows for a dry-erase eraser to be stored.

The device further comprises a shift assembly, comprising a drum, a cap, and a pinion gear. The pinion gear receives power from the second rotor. The drum locks with the pinion gear such that the drum rotates with the pinion gear. The transmission ring is attached to the drum, such that the transmission ring moves laterally as the drum rotates. The ring gear locks and unlocks with the cap as the drum rotates. The wobbling action enables the locking.
