摘要: An over-current protection device has the characteristic of resistance tripping at least two times. Regarding the aspect of assembly, the over-current protection device is a laminate including a layer of PTC conductive material, an upper electrode foil and a lower electrode foil. As to the aspect of three-dimensional structure, the over-current protection device comprises a laminate and a first protrusion sticking out of the laminate, and the first protrusion forms an open empty room sunk in the laminate. By controlling the geometry and dimensions of the first protrusion, the relation between temperature and resistance of the over-current protection device can be adjusted.

摘要: The present invention reveals an over-current protection apparatus comprising a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate, a third electrode plate, a conductive element and a high resistance material layer, where the high resistance material layer may contact the first electrode plate to form a conducting path, the conductive element is connected to the first electrode plate and the second electrode, the thermally expanded conductive element can cut off current, the high resistance material layer is connected to the third electrode plate and the second electrode plate, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the high resistance layer is less than that of the conductive element. By virtue of the thermal expansion of the conductive element due to an over-current, the first electrode plate is departed from the third electrode plate so as to enforce the current flows through the high resistance material layer for current reduction. In addition, the heat generated from the high resistance material layer can be transferred to the conductive element to keep the conductive element expanded to cut off current.

A standard lamp base having two electrodes and a cavity is soldered with a resistor to the first one of the electrodes, and then filled with a thermally conductive electric insulator in the cavity. A circuit board is attached onto the thermally conductive electric insulator and then soldered to the second electrode and the resistor. An LED device is soldered onto the circuit board such that the LED device and the resistor are serially connected between the electrodes. Preferably, the circuit board has a through hole through which a thermally conductive member is inserted into the thermally conductive electric insulator with its lower end, and the LED device is placed onto the upper end of the thermally conductive member.

摘要: A hydraulic buffer device includes a first chamber, a second chamber, and a buffering space disposed under the first and second chambers, an air bladder disposed in the buffering space, an oil chamber disposed above the first and second chambers and divided by a piston into upper and lower chamber portions, and an annular passage disposed around the oil chamber. When the piston is moved downwardly within the oil chamber, the hydraulic oil flows from the lower chamber portion into the buffering space via the first chamber to contract the air bladder so that, upon expansion of the air bladder, air pressure in the air bladder pushes the hydraulic oil to flow from the buffering space into the upper chamber portion via the second chamber and the annular passage.

摘要: A LED lamp which could directly replace an ordinary tungsten, halogen, or electricity-saving light bulb includes a filament, a lamp base and a thermally conductive electric insulator. The filament includes at least one AC LED device, and the thermally conductive electric insulator is filled in a cavity of the lamp base to mechanically contact with the filament and an electrode of the lamp base. When the AC LED device is powered on, the thermally conductive electric insulator provides a thermal channel to transfer heat from the filament to the electrode for heat dissipation enhancement. The LED lamp can be directly inserted into an ordinary bulb socket that is generally used in lighting fixtures, without having to modify the system of the lighting fixtures or use an additional adapter.

The thermally conductive electric insulator is filled in a cavity of the lamp base, and includes a first portion mechanically contacting the LED filament and an electrode of the lamp base to provide a first thermal channel from the LED filament to the lamp base, and a second portion adhering the mask to the lamp base to provide a second thermal channel from the lamp base to the mask. By using the mask to enlarge the heat dissipation area, a better heat dissipation effect is achieved.
