摘要： An implantable medical device comprising stimulation circuitry adapted to provide neural stimulation energy to a neural stimulation electrode, one or more timers, including at least one neural event timer, a device behavior memory including a neural table, and a comparison circuit. The neural table maps a particular device state defined at least in part by a neural event timer to one or more associated device actions that include at least one of a neural stimulation energy delivery, a change in state of at least one neural event timer, and both a neural stimulation energy delivery and a change in state of one or more timers. The comparison circuit is adapted to compare a current state of one or more timers to a device state in the neural table and, if found to match, causing performance of one or more associated device actions.

The single ply has a body portion defining one or more panels, and an insert portion disposed along one edge of the body portion and defining one or more panels. The insert portion has a width less than a width of one of the one or more panels of the body portion. A first application of cohesive is disposed vertically on said one or more panels of the body portion adjacent to the first side edge along the back or second face, while a second application of cohesive is disposed vertically on the one or more panels of the body portion adjacent to the second side edge along the back or second face. A first pull tab is defined by adjacent lines of weakness extending transversely along at least a portion of said width of one panel of the body portion. One of the lines of weakness is disposed between one panel of the body portion and one panel of the insert portion. The body and insert portions, when folded, construct the business form or intermediate and enclose the first pull tab within the interior of the business form or intermediate. The first pull tab is exposed when said business form or intermediate is opened or unfolded and removal of the first pull tab releases at least one of the panels of the insert portion.

Adjusting the pacing energy involves performing a plurality of capture threshold tests, each capture threshold test measuring a capture threshold of the heart. One or more measured captured thresholds are selected, including at least one capture threshold that is higher relative to other measured capture thresholds acquired by the plurality of capture threshold tests. The pacing energy is adjusted based on the one or more selected capture thresholds.

摘要： A method for separating particles in free-flow electrophoresis FFE includes conveying a separation medium using a dosage pump into a separation chamber; releasing the separation medium via outlets; applying an electrical field in the separation medium; coupling a particle to be separated with selectively defined charge labels for generating charge-modified particles which due to their selectively modified net surface charge display a different migratory behavior in FFE than non-charge-modified particles; adding a mixture of particles to be separated to the separation medium in the separation chamber by way of sample injection points; removing the particles separated using the separation medium by way of fractionation points; and collecting the fractions with the separated particles. Focusing buffers are created using a buffer medium between the separation medium and at least one electrode, whereby this buffer medium is much more electrically conductive than the separation medium and is fed into these focusing buffers.
