摘要: A broadcast playback system comprises a computer and a broadcast playback apparatus being connected to each other via a serial bus module. The computer loads predetermined control codes stored in the broadcast playback apparatus, performs the predetermined control codes to display a control menu. The broadcast playback apparatus plays a broadcasted program when receiving a play command generated by the computer according to a play input on the control menu. The broadcast playback apparatus stores the broadcasted program thereby generating a broadcast file when receiving a store command generated by the computer if a store input on the control menu. The broadcast playback apparatus replays a selected broadcast file when receiving a replay command generated by the computer according to a selection input of the selected broadcast file on the control menu. Moreover, a related broadcast playback method is further provided.

The scanning circuit includes n column wires C1˜Cn (where n is a natural number), a ground row wire R0, n row wires R1˜Rn, and n*n switches. The ground row wire R0 is connected to ground. The n row wires R1˜Rn and the ground row wire R0 cooperate with the n column wires C1˜Cn in forming a matrix comprising n*(n+1) intersections. The n*n switches are set on the matrix. A first contact of each switch is electrically connected to a corresponding row wire or the ground row wire, and a second contact of each switch is electrically connected to a corresponding column wire. The row wires are electrically connected to input ports P1˜Pn respectively. An end of each column wire is electrically connected to a connection between an input port and a corresponding row wire. A scanning method is also disclosed.

摘要: An interactive voice recognition electronic device converts a received voice signal to a text, and searches a voice databases to find a matched voice text of the converted text. The matched voice text is taken as a recognized voice text of the voice signal if the matched voice text exists in the voice database. The electronic device obtains a predetermined number of similar voice texts if no matched voice text exists in the voice database. The electronic device converts the predetermined number of similar voice texts to the voice signals, outputs the converted voice signals in turn, and selects one of the similar voice texts as the recognized voice text according to the selection of the user. The electronic device obtains the associated answer text of the recognized voice text in the voice database and converts the answer text to voice signals.

摘要: A system and a method of detecting abnormal or security-significant segments of a video are provided. The video is divided into several segments. A set of features of each segment of the video is extracted in order to calculate a set of factors corresponding to each segment. A value deemed abnormal of each segment is calculated according to the set of factors corresponding to each segment. One or more abnormal segments are determined from the segments based on the abnormal values. The set of features includes a color variable feature, a movement variable feature, a movement variable ratio feature and a background variable feature.

摘要: A driving circuit for driving an LCD includes a common electrode, a number of pixel electrodes, a peripheral circuit, and a processing unit including a first input/output (I/O) port, a second I/O port; and a number of third I/O ports. The first I/O port and the second I/O ports are connected to the common electrode via the peripheral circuit, and each third I/O port is connected to a different pixel electrode. The processing unit controls the first I/O port, the second I/O port, and the third I/O ports to output a first or second voltage according to a display signal, thus the pixel electrodes are at the first or the second voltage accordingly, the common electrode is at a voltage in a range between the second voltage and the first voltage in receiving the voltage output by the peripheral circuit, thus driving the LCD to display an image.
