摘要: A hydraulic pump is configured to mount within an internal receptacle defined by a housing of a hydraulically-powered component of a work vehicle. The pump has a housing defining one or more pump chambers. Each pump chamber communicates with a suction port and an outlet pressure port. Each pump chamber contains a pump assembly having a drive member at a fluid interface between the suction port and the outlet pressure port. The drive member is arranged for co-rotation with at least one power input component extending into the housing through each pump chamber. Rotation of each drive member displaces and pressurizes hydraulic fluid through the pump housing, and, when the pump is mounted within the internal receptacle, through internally ported passages routed through walls of the hydraulically-powered component housing.

摘要: A hydraulic synchronizer selectively couples one or more gears to a drive shaft. The synchronizer has a shaft hub with a splined annulus and a fluid passage. A ring is disposed about the shaft hub and movable along a rotation axis of the shaft hub. A shift collar is fixedly coupled to the ring and has a splined annulus engaged with the splined annulus of the shaft hub. The shift collar is configured to engage splines of a gear when the ring is in an engaged axial position and to disengage the splines of the gear when the ring is in a neutral position. The shift collar transmits rotational input from the shaft hub to the gear when the ring is in the engaged axial position. Hydraulic chambers receive hydraulic fluid from the fluid passage and move the ring to the engaged and neutral positions.

摘要: A forkless synchronizer arrangement selectively couples one or more gears to a drive shaft that is rotatable about a rotation axis. A shift collar, rotated by the drive shaft, is configured to disengage from a first of the gears when in a first neutral axial position and to engage the first gear when in a first engaged axial position to transmit rotational input from the drive shaft to the first gear. A rail is arranged in parallel with the rotation axis. A rail arm has an end fixedly coupled to the rail and another end coupled to the shift collar to permit relative rotation and to transmit axial shifting movement to the rail in response to axial movement of the shift collar between the first engaged and neutral axial positions. A sensor proximate the rail senses an axial position of the rail.

摘要: An electric drive for a transmission having a housing, a pump drive, and a primary sump configured to hold oil and operatively connected to a vehicle engine. The electric drive includes an oil-cooled electric generator electrically connected to an oil-cooled electric motor by an inverter. The electric generator includes a generator oil output operatively connected to and configured to deliver a flow of oil to a secondary sump located in the housing. The electric motor includes a motor oil output operatively connected to and configured to deliver a flow to the secondary sump. The secondary sump is separate from the primary sump, wherein the oil from the secondary sump is pumped back into the lubrication circuit of the transmission. The secondary sump includes a feature to allow overflow to drain to the primary sump.
