The fiber light-outputting substrate includes a plurality of light-outputting openings and a plurality of light sources. The present invention can use ambient light rays to form a backlight source.

    摘要: The present invention provides a backlight module, assembly method and assembly fixture for backlight module. The backlight module comprises an optical component set and a back plate. Optical component set is disposed in a stacked manner, the back plate comprises at least two independent back plate elements for clamping respectively at least a side wall of the optical component set. Each back plate element comprises a top wall, a bottom wall and a side wall connecting the top wall and the bottom wall. Each back plate element is assembled onto an optical component set from a side and clamping the optical component set with the top wall and the bottom wall of the back plate element. The assembly of the back plate can be performed on an assembly fixture to improve the assembly efficiency of backlight module.

    摘要: The present invention provides a LCD device, and its backlight module and back plate assembly. The back plate assembly contains a back plate, a blocking rim, a side wall, and a buffering element. The back plate supports the optical member of the backlight module. The blocking rim fixes the optical member jointly with the back plate, and supports a liquid crystal panel. The side wall has a back edge connected with the back plate and a front edge connected with the blocking rim. The buffering element is configured at an edge of the blocking rim that is away from the side wall and attached to the optical member and a liquid crystal panel, respectively. The present invention prevents the optical member and liquid crystal panel from contacting with the blocking rim and thereby being scratched, so as to provide effective protection.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a backlight module which can be incorporated within the liquid crystal display device, and which includes a waveguide, a heat dissipating frame, a light source and a backframe. The heat dissipating frame includes a carrying portion and a sidewalk. The carrying portion abuts against a bottom surface of the waveguide. The carrying portion is defined with openings in an area adjacent to the sidewalk. The light source is mounted onto the sidewall and offset to the opening. The backframe includes a bottom board and erections which extend and pass through the opening. The bottom board abuts the carrying portion. The thickness of the erection is larger than the thickness of the light source such that expansion of the waveguide exposed under heat will not in contacting with the light source. Accordingly, the light source will not be damaged by the expansion of the waveguide, and therefore prolong the service of the light source.

    摘要: The present invention provides a backlight module and a backboard structure incorporated therein. The backboard structure is configured with a first bracket having the buckle, and a second bracket having defined with the retaining slot. With the interengagement between the buckle and the retaining slot, the embossment and the positioning slot, the backboard structure can be readily constructed by the assembling of the first and second brackets. Since no screws are necessary for the assembling of the backboard structure, no laborious work is required as well. This can effectively reduce the manufacturing cost, and is really beneficial to the automation.
