    摘要: The invention provides a conversion circuit for converting input voltage into output voltage, including: a full-wave rectifier circuit including first and second branches connected in parallel, and each including a secondary winding and a rectifier switch; a first switch branch connected to midpoint of the first branch, and including first to fourth switches connected in series; a first resonant unit connected between connection node of the first and second switches and midpoint of the second branch; a second resonant unit connected between connection node of the third and fourth switches and midpoint of the second branch; a first primary winding connected in series to the first resonant unit; and a capacitor connected between connection node of the second and third switches and midpoint of the second branch. The conversion circuit of the invention improves conversion efficiency while maintaining smaller voltage stress on switches.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a control method of a voltage conversion circuit. The voltage conversion circuit includes a DC voltage input terminal, a primary side switch unit, a resonant inductance, a transformer, a secondary side switch unit and a DC voltage output terminal which are electrically coupled. The resonant inductance is connected to the transformer in series. The voltage conversion circuit also includes a resonant capacitance which resonates with the resonant inductance. The control method includes: controlling switch elements in the primary side switch unit and the secondary side switch unit, so that a range of a ratio Ton/Tr of a total conduction time Ton to a resonant period Tr of the voltage conversion circuit is (0, 1.8)U(2.7, 3.7)U(4.8, 5.5), and a quality factor Q of the voltage conversion circuit is less than or equal to 5, that is, Q≤5. The control method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure can reduce the conduction loss and the switching loss of the voltage conversion circuit, thereby improving the efficiency and reducing the cost.

    摘要: A switched tank converter includes at least three conversion units. Each conversion unit is a first-type conversion unit or a second-type conversion unit. An end of the support capacitor of each first-type conversion unit is electrically connected with a ground end. An end of a half-bridge clamping circuit of the second-type conversion unit is electrically connected with the ground end. A middle point of the half-bridge clamping circuit is electrically connected with an end of the support capacitor of the second-type conversion unit. The first-stage conversion unit is the first-type conversion unit. At least one conversion unit of the third-stage conversion unit to the Nth-stage conversion unit is the second-type conversion unit. Another end of the half-bridge clamping circuit of at least one second-type conversion unit is electrically connected with another end of the support capacitor of the lower-stage conversion unit excluding the first-stage conversion unit.

    摘要: A power device includes a first conversion module and a second conversion module. The first conversion module includes a first conversion unit and receives a first divided voltage of a bus voltage. The second conversion module includes a cascade conversion circuit with a second conversion unit and a third conversion unit. The input terminal of the second conversion module and the input terminal of the first conversion module are connected with each other in series. The input terminal of the second conversion module receives a second divided voltage of the bus voltage. The output terminal of the second conversion module and the output terminal of the first conversion module are electrically connected with each other in parallel so as to provide an output voltage to a load. The third conversion unit detects the output voltage to control the output voltage stable.
