摘要： In an assembly with a gas bag module and a locking check arrangement, the gas bag module has a first detent element adapted for engagement with a second detent element to form a detent connection fastening the gas bag module to a vehicle-fixed component. The gas bag module can assume a not correctly locked state, in which the first detent element and the second detent element are in contact with each other but are not in correct engagement, and a correctly locked state, in which the first detent element is in correct engagement with the second detent element. The locking check arrangement has a movably arranged checking element for checking a locking status of the detent connection and indicating whether the gas bag module is in the not correctly locked state.

摘要： In an assembly with a gas bag module at least one first detent element is designed for engagement into a second detent element, a load bearing fastening between the first and the second detent element fastening the gas bag module to a first vehicle-fixed component being closed by moving the gas bag module in an installation direction. An additional locking structure is provided which is separate from the first and second detent elements, and which connects the gas bag module with a second vehicle-fixed component. The additional locking structure exclusively determines in the installed state a final installation position of the gas bag module with respect to the second vehicle-fixed component, at least against the installation direction.

A subsequent partial injection- or partial foam-molding around the decorative part takes place to generate a cover plate and to embed the anchor part at least partially in the cover plate. The positioning means positions the gas bag (10) such that upon an axial movement of the tubular folding device (32), the gas bag (10) is turned over the tubular folding device (32). A method of folding a gas bag (10) having an inflation opening, using a device of this type comprises the following steps: positioning the tubular folding device (32) on the side of the gas bag (10) opposite the inflation opening; axially displacing the tubular folding device (32) through the inflation opening, so that the gas bag (10) is turned over the tubular folding device (32); and withdrawing the tubular folding device (32) from the inflation opening.

摘要： A gas bag for a vehicle occupant restraint system has an upper side and a bottom side, the upper side and the bottom side being connected with each other along a peripheral fastening, and a first and a second limiting strap device arranged inside the gas bag. The limiting strap devices each have a central part and several end sections. The central part of a first limiting strap device is connected with the upper side of the gas bag, the central part of a second limiting strap device is connected with the bottom side of the gas bag and the end sections of the limiting strap devices are connected to the peripheral fastening. The limiting strap devices are coordinated with respect to length and arrangement, so that the gas bag in a fully inflated state is constricted by the limiting strap devices in a region of the peripheral fastening.
