摘要: A variable compression ratio apparatus for an engine receiving combustion force of an air-fuel mixture from a piston and rotating a crankshaft, and for changing compression ratio of the air-fuel mixture. The apparatus may include a connecting rod including one end with a mounting hole and an other end eccentrically and rotatably connected to the crankshaft, an eccentric link including one end connected to an eccentric bearing concentrically and rotatably mounted in the mounting hole, a piston pin eccentrically and rotatably mounted in the eccentric bearing, a variable link including one end rotatably connected to an other end of the eccentric link, a variable gear link pivoting with respect to a fixed shaft and formed of first gear teeth at an exterior circumference, an external circumferential portion rotatably connected to an other end of the variable link, a control shaft including second gear teeth engaged to the first gear teeth and rotating to pivot the variable gear link, and a guide bar, together with the connecting rod, limiting horizontal movement of the eccentric link.

摘要: A hydraulic orifice which is mounted at a head oil journal formed in a cylinder head and supplies an oil to a supply line after reducing pulsation of the oil supplied to the head oil journal, may include a body pressed on the head oil journal so as to form a chamber with the cylinder head, a joining line formed along a longitudinal axis of the body therein and fluid-communicating with the supply line, and at least two hydraulic lines formed in the body and connecting the chamber with an end of the joining line in the body to supply the oil through the other end thereof to the supply line, wherein the oils passing through the at least two hydraulic lines are joined at the end of the joining line with different phases such that the pulsation of the oil in the joining line is reduced.

摘要: A variable valve lift apparatus includes a high cam and a low cam fixed side by side to a camshaft, an outer body pressed by the rotation of the high cam, and has a crossbar formed at the bottom of the front end, an inner body, of which the front end protrudes further than the outer body, the lower front end is provided with a valve member, the upper rear end is hinged to a lost motion hinge shaft coaxially with the rear end of the outer body, and the lower rear end is pivotally connected to a hinge member, and a latching portion inserted into the inner body and selectively connected to the crossbar of the outer body to move the inner body dependent on movement of the front end of the outer body, wherein the lost motion hinge shaft is disposed in the same direction as a hinge point between the inner body and the hinge member with respect to the camshaft. Dynamic characteristics can be obtained by reducing the moment of inertia of the variable valve lift apparatus, and the dynamic characteristics can be further improved by inserting the latching portion into the inner body so as to be closer to the camshaft.

摘要: A variable valve lift apparatus includes a high cam and a low cam fixed side by side to a camshaft, an outer body pressed by the rotation of the high cam, and has a crossbar formed at the bottom of the front end, an inner body, of which the front end protrudes further than the outer body, the lower front end is provided with a valve member, the upper rear end is hinged to a lost motion hinge shaft coaxially with the rear end of the outer body, and the lower rear end is pivotally connected to a hinge member, and a latching portion inserted into the inner body and selectively connected to the crossbar of the outer body to move the inner body dependent on movement of the front end of the outer body, wherein the lost motion hinge shaft is disposed in the same direction as a hinge point between the inner body and the hinge member with respect to the camshaft. Dynamic characteristics can be obtained by reducing the moment of inertia of the variable valve lift apparatus, and the dynamic characteristics can be further improved by inserting the latching portion into the inner body so as to be closer to the camshaft.

摘要: A variable compression ratio (VCR) apparatus with dual eccentric links is mounted on an engine, receives combustion power of a fuel-air mixture from a piston to rotate a crank shaft and changes a compression ratio of the fuel-air mixture. The VCR apparatus may include a connecting rod having a large end portion formed at one end thereof, which is connected to the crank shaft to receive a torque of the engine, and a small end portion formed at the other end thereof, the small end portion having a coupling hole formed therein, a pair of eccentric links having one ends coupled to the coupling hole from both sides facing each other and integrally rotating, and an eccentric rod connected to the other ends of the eccentric links and rotating within a predetermined angle range. The eccentric rod may be a pair of eccentric rods.
