摘要: The present invention relates to a discharging noise system of a hermetic compressor. The present invention includes a first discharging noise suppressor (39) provided at one side end of a cylinder block 35 to firstly reduce noise and pulsation of work fluid compressed in and discharged from a compressing chamber (37) formed to be bored through the cylinder block (35) in a fore and aft direction, a second discharging noise suppressor (39′) provided at the other side end of the cylinder block (35) and communicating with the first discharging noise suppressor 39 to secondarily reduce noise and pulsation of the work fluid with noise and pulsation reduced by the first discharging noise suppressor (39), a connection pipe (43) for allowing the first and second discharging noise suppressors (39) and (39′) to communicate with each other to form a channel for allowing the work fluid to move, the connection pipe (43) having a length longer than a shortest straight distance between the discharging noise suppressors (39 and 39′), and a discharging pipe (45) provided at the second discharging noise suppressor (39′) to form a channel through which the work fluid is discharged to the outside. According to the present invention configured as above, the connection pipe is relatively long to reduce pulsation, thereby improving operating characteristics of the hermetic compressor, so that vibration generated by the pulsation is reduced to improve durability of the hermetic compressor.

摘要: A muffler for a compressor has a chamber between an inlet and an outlet and a communicating pipe for indirectly connecting the inlet to the outlet, whereby a suction loss of a refrigerant sucked into the muffler for the compressor can be reduced and also pressure pulsation can be reduced so as to enhance a cooling capability of the compressor and achieve a noise reduction effect. Also, an assembling structure of the muffler can be simplified, resulting in reduction of fabricating cost and improvement of productivity.

摘要: Disclosed is a muffler for a compressor, which has a chamber between an inlet and an outlet and also appropriately designs a size of a communicating pipe for indirectly connecting the inlet to the outlet as well as a size of a noise space, whereby a suction loss of a refrigerant sucked into the muffler for the compressor can be reduced and also pressure pulsation can be reduced so as to enhance a cooling capability of the compressor and a noise reduction effect. Also, an assembling structure of the muffler can be simplified, resulting in reduction of fabricating cost and improvement of productivity.

摘要: The present invention relates to a discharging noise system of a hermetic compressor. The present invention includes a first discharging noise suppressor (39) provided at one side end of a cylinder block 35 to firstly reduce noise and pulsation of work fluid compressed in and discharged from a compressing chamber (37) formed to be bored through the cylinder block (35) in a fore and aft direction, a second discharging noise suppressor (39′) provided at the other side end of the cylinder block (35) and communicating with the first discharging noise suppressor 39 to secondarily reduce noise and pulsation of the work fluid with noise and pulsation reduced by the first discharging noise suppressor (39), a connection pipe (43) for allowing the first and second discharging noise suppressors (39) and (39′) to communicate with each other to form a channel for allowing the work fluid to move, the connection pipe (43) having a length longer than a shortest straight distance between the discharging noise suppressors (39 and 39′), and a discharging pipe (45) provided at the second discharging noise suppressor (39′) to form a channel through which the work fluid is discharged to the outside. According to the present invention configured as above, the connection pipe is relatively long to reduce pulsation, thereby improving operating characteristics of the hermetic compressor, so that vibration generated by the pulsation is reduced to improve durability of the hermetic compressor.

摘要: A generator having variable power generation in which a plurality of rotors are inserted into one rotating shaft, a central connecting shaft of one rotor is detachably provided to one end of a connecting shaft of another rotor, magnets respectively arranged on ends of the two connecting shafts adjacent to each other are arranged to allow surfaces thereof having the same polarity to oppose each other, thereby spacing the two rotors apart from each other through a repelling force between the magnets. When an external pressure greater than or equal to the repelling force between the two magnets is applied in the shaft direction, the connecting shafts of the two rotors are coupled to each other to transmit a rotational force to both of the two rotors, thereby generating power and successively increasing the power generation in accordance with the external environment.

摘要: A noise reducing device for a hermetic type compressor is provided that includes a plate film in a connection member that connects a suction pipe and a suction muffler to each other. The plate film bends and opens when a refrigerant is sucked while preventing a back flow of noise. The plate film is capable of sucking the refrigerant without interference and preventing noise or pressure pulsation transferred in a direction of the suction pipe in the suction muffler, and thereby is capable of remarkably reducing noise of the compressor.

摘要: The present invention relates to a noise reducing device for a hermetic type compressor. The noise reducing device for a hermetic type compressor according to the present invention is configurated to have a plate film (123) in a connection member (120) connecting a suction pipe (9) and a suction muffler (100) to each other, the plate film (123) bent and opened when a refrigerant is sucked while being capable of preventing a back flow of noise. Accordingly, it is capable of facilitatingly sucking the refrigerant without interference and of preventing noise or pressure pulsation transferred in a direction of the suction pipe (9) in the suction muffler (100), thereby being remarkably reducing noise of the compressor.
