摘要： Provided in various embodiments are high viscosity, shear-thinning silicone compositions that can be pattern coated directly onto a substrate and silicone compositions having high-density particles suspended in an adhesive gel. The silicone compositions contain a thixotropic additive, such as a hydrogenated vegetable oil. The silicone compositions may be applied on a substrate for use in medical devices or wound dressings.
