摘要: The present application provides a hybrid running track article, comprising, from top to bottom: (I) a top coating layer made from a first composition comprising an externally emulsified polyurethane dispersion and rubber particles, wherein the externally emulsified polyurethane dispersion is derived from: (Ai) an isocyanate component comprising one or more compounds having at least two isocyanate groups, (Bi) an isocyanate-reactive component comprising one or more compounds having at least two isocyanate-reactive groups; (Ci) an optional catalyst, (Di) an external emulsifier, (Ei) a chain extender and (Fi) water, and (II) a bottom layer made from a second composition comprising a 1K solvent-free polyurethane binder and rubber particles.

摘要: A one-component type polyurethane prepolymer composition comprises a reaction product formed through a reaction between reactants comprising (a) at least one polyisocyanate, and (b) a polyol blend comprising at least one bifunctional polyether polyol, wherein the bifunctional polyether polyol is a homopolymer of propylene oxide, homopolymer of butylene oxide, or copolymer of alkylene oxide, and has a number average molecular weight from 3000 g/mol to 9000 g/mol, and at least one trifunctional polyether polyol, wherein the trifunctional polyether polyol is a copolymer of alkylene oxide and end-capped with 10 wt % to 28 wt %, by the total weight of the trifunctional polyether polyol, of ethylene oxide, and has a number average molecular weight from 5000 g/mol to 8000 g/mol, wherein the bifunctional polyether polyol and the trifunctional polyether polyol are present in a parts by weight ratio from 4:1 to 2.5:1, and wherein the polyisocyanate and the polyol blend are present in a parts by weight ratio of from 1:7 to 1:2.5.

摘要: A polyurethane composition, a composite material prepared with same and a method of preparing a polyurethane resin using the polyurethane composition is provided. The polyurethane composition comprises A) an isocyanate component, comprising A1) and at least one of A2) and A3): A1) a first polyisocyanate compound: A2) a first prepolymer that is formed by reaction of a second polyisocyanate compound and a first polyol, wherein the first prepolymer has a NCO content of 21-25%: A3) a second prepolymer that is formed by reaction of a third polyisocyanate compound and a second polyol, wherein the second prepolymer has a NCO content of 10-20%; wherein the total amount of the first prepolymer and the second prepolymer is 10-70 wt % based on the total weight of the isocyanate component: B) an isocyanate-reactive component. comprising a third polyol and an isocyanate reactive (meth) acrylate monomer; and C) a free radical initiator.
