    摘要: The present invention relates to food for nutritional therapy of AIDS belonging to functional foods. It is made from deep fermentation of Morchella spp and Tricholoma matsutake in traditional Chinese medicine medium extracting from Callicarpa bodinieri. The combination and synergistic effect of the food components could alleviate fear of chill caused by large number of broken erythrocyte in patients with AIDS, improve immunity effectively, ameliorate symptoms and physical signs, promote body activities, further postpone complication occurrence and improve patient's quality of life.
