摘要: In an embodiment, a slide component includes a circular ring-shaped stationary-side seal ring 5 fixed to a stationary side and a circular ring-shaped rotating-side seal ring 3 rotating with a rotating shaft 1, and relatively rotates respective opposed sliding faces S of the stationary-side seal ring 5 and the rotating-side seal ring 3, thereby sealing a sealed fluid present on one side in a radial direction of the sliding face relatively rotating and sliding, wherein the sealed fluid is a silicate containing fluid; and on at least either one sliding face of the stationary-side seal ring 5 and the rotating-side seal ring 3, an amorphous carbon film 10 formed by using hydrocarbon gas not containing organosilicon compound gas in a plasma CVD method is laminated. The slide component can seal a silicate containing sealed fluid to which silicate is added.

摘要: In an exemplary embodiment, a sliding component includes an annular stationary side seal ring 5 fixed to the stationary side and an annular rotating side seal ring 3 to be rotated together with a rotating shaft, in which by relatively rotating opposing sealing faces S of the stationary side seal ring 5 and the rotating side seal ring 3, a silicate-containing sealed fluid present on one side in the radial direction of the relatively rotating sealing faces S is sealed, wherein an amorphous carbon film 8 formed by using a hydrocarbon gas containing no silicon compound is provided on at least any one of the sealing faces S of the stationary side seal ring 5 and the rotating side seal ring 3, and content of silicon of the amorphous carbon film 8 is 1.5 at % or less.

摘要: A rubber-laminated sealing valve comprising a fluororubber layer and an amorphous carbon film that are sequentially laminated, wherein the amorphous carbon film is formed by a CVD plasma treatment method that supplies a high-frequency power from a high-frequency power source using hydrocarbon gas. The rubber-laminated sealing valve forms an amorphous carbon film having an indenter hardness of 5 GPa or more (corresponding to a Vickers hardness of about Hv 500 or more; when converted by Hv (kg/m2)=HIT (MPa)×0.0926 according to ISO 14577-1) on the surface of a rubber layer, wherein the rubber layer is non-adhesive to a mating material.

摘要: An aqueous surface-treating agent comprising (A) an aqueous emulsion of silicone oil, (B) a silanol-modified polyurethane resin, (C) a silane compound and/or a partial hydrolysate thereof, (D) an aqueous emulsion of a hydrazide and a carbonyl group-containing polyurethane resin, and (E) an aqueous emulsion of a polyurethane resin having a glass transition temperature of −30° C. or lower, and a thermal softening temperature of 70° C. or lower measured by using a flow tester when heated from 40° C. to 150° C. at a heating rate of 5° C./min. The aqueous surface-treating agent contains silicone oil for preventing sticking between products and a silanol-modified polyurethane resin binder having a low hardness and excellent adhesiveness to seal members, and improves the corrosion resistance of an aqueous surface-treating agent for aluminum substrates etc.
