    Abstract: An angle flow valve comprises a carriage. The carriage comprises a first recess, a flow restrictor in the first recess, a second recess, and a relief valve in the second recess. A first port is fluidly connected to the first recess. An angled flow path is fluidly connected to the first recess and to the second recess. A second port is fluidly connected to the angled flow path. The first recess is parallel to the second recess. A solenoid assembly is mounted to the carriage. The solenoid assembly comprises a lead, a bobbin, coil windings, a pole piece, a flux collector, and a sleeve. An integrally formed overmold layer surrounds the carriage and the solenoid assembly.

    Abstract: A fuel tank system constructed in accordance to one example of the present disclosure includes a fuel tank, a purge canister and a valve assembly. The valve assembly can be fluidly coupled between the fuel tank and the purge canister. The valve assembly can include a main valve and a safety check valve. The main valve can have a main valve first port fluidly coupled to an outlet of the fuel tank and a main valve second port fluidly connected to the purge canister. The safety check valve can be configured to move from an open position to a closed position upon a pressure drop at the fuel tank outlet exceeding a predetermined threshold. The safety check valve can have a safety check valve first port fluidly coupled to the outlet of the fuel tank and a safety check valve second port fluidly coupled to the purge canister.

    Abstract: A multi-component fluid distribution system includes a first substrate component having an inlet for receiving fluid and an internal channel for communicating lubricant. A second substrate component is interlocked to the first substrate component. The second substrate component includes an inlet to receive fluid from the first component. The fluid distribution system also includes an over-molded portion sealing a joint between the first and second substrate components. The fluid distribution system further includes at least one outlet nozzle connected to the second substrate component to discharge fluid to a predetermined fluid receiving component.
