The case is a cylindrical groove structure, a top end face, facing towards the case, of the cap plate is provided with an annular protrusion, the annular protrusion has a central axis coinciding with the central axis of the cap plate, an edge of the top end face of the cap plate is provided with a first welding platform face, the first welding platform face is arranged circumferentially around the annular protrusion, and an outer sidewall of the annular protrusion and the first welding platform face constitute a stepped face. The annular protrusion enters the interior of the case via an annular bottom end face of the case, and the annular bottom end face of the case is in contact with the first welding platform face and connected to the first welding platform face by laser welding.

摘要： Provided is a cylindrical lithium-ion battery including a negative cap and a cylindrical case. A jellyroll and a negative current collector are arranged inside the case. A sidewall of an end of the case is provided with an annular inwardly-concaved groove arranged circumferentially around a central axis of the case, and forms an annular protrusion at the inside of the case. The negative current collector is connected to a negative electrode of the j ellyroll. A portion, located below the annular inwardly-concaved groove, of the case is bent to form an annular engaging groove, an opening of the annular engaging groove faces the interior of the case, the periphery of the negative cap is arranged in the annular engaging groove, and a bottom surface of the negative cap and the annular engaging groove are connected in a sealed manner by laser welding.

The insulation sealing member comprises an upper insulation sealing member and a lower insulation sealing member, the upper insulation sealing member is arranged outside the case and is engaged with and connected to the case, and the lower insulation sealing member is arranged inside the case. At least one of the upper insulation sealing member and the lower insulation sealing member is provided with an annular protrusion block, the annular protrusion block fits closely against an outer sidewall of a portion, passing through the case, of the positive pole.

摘要： The present application relates to the field of battery technology, and discloses a cylindrical battery structure including a cover plate and a housing. The cover plate includes a cover plate main portion and a cover plate connecting portion fixedly connected to each other. One of an edge of the cover plate connecting portion and an edge of the housing is bent to form a bent portion, and another of the edge of the housing and the edge of the cover plate connecting portion is bent to form a hook portion. The hook portion is configured to hang on the bent portion to connect the cover plate and the housing. The cylindrical battery structure disclosed in the application has simpler connection mode, lower connection cost, and faster connection. In addition, the connection mode has lower requirements on assembly accuracy of workpieces in the housing.
