摘要： A cell top cover and a cell are provided. The cell top cover includes an aluminum sheet, at least one pole post, and at least one upper plastic member. The aluminum sheet defines at least one pole through-hole, each respective pole post penetrates through a respective pole through-hole of the at least one pole through-hole, and the at least one upper plastic member is disposed on a top side of the aluminum sheet, and a respective upper plastic member is sleeved and fixed on the respective pole post. The aluminum sheet is provided with at least one limiting portion on the top side of the aluminum sheet, and a respective limiting portion protrudes from a circumferential side of the respective pole through-hole, and is fitted with the respective upper plastic member to limit rotation of the respective upper plastic member relative to the aluminum sheet.

摘要： An hard shell battery includes a housing, an electrode assembly, a first gasket, a second gasket, a conductive member, and a fastening member. The first gasket is disposed on an outer surface of the housing, and the second gasket is disposed on an inner surface of the housing. The conductive member is electrically connected to the electrode assembly, a shaft portion of the conductive member extends through a through hole in the housing into an accommodating cavity of the housing. A restraint portion of the conductive member abuts on a side of the first gasket facing away from the accommodating cavity. The fastening member is disposed on a side of the second gasket facing away from the first gasket, and in interference fit with the shaft portion via a mounting hole. The conductive member and the fastening member jointly press against the second gasket.

The isolating part (7) is arranged in the terminal through-hole (2b) to electrically isolate the can end wall (2a) from the terminal part (4). An inner corner (2d) that is formed where an inner peripheral surface (2c) meets an inner surface (2f) of the can end wall (2a), is blunted and has a surface free from edges having edge angles of less than 100 degrees. The disclosure also relates to a method for attaching a terminal part to the shaped can end wall (2a) in a process of assembling the cylindrical secondary cell (1).

The fixing member compresses the first gasket in a direction in which the external peripheral edge portion and the opening edge portion face each other, the fixing member compressing the first gasket via the external peripheral edge portion and the opening edge portion.

At least one of the upper insulation sealing member and the lower insulation sealing member is provided with an annular protrusion block, the annular protrusion block fits closely against an outer sidewall of a portion, passing through the case, of the positive pole.
