    摘要: A method for hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ signalling in a communications system is disclosed. The method includes defining, in a communications apparatus, a link-independent HARQ entity for one link direction, wherein the defined entity includes a resource allocation for one or more of forward link and reverse link data, the resource allocation including at least one HARQ process having a process identification, each HARQ process having a unique HARQ identification, a data allocation having a predetermined timing offset with respect to the resource allocation, and a HARQ acknowledgement allocation having a predetermined timing offset with respect to the data allocation, wherein the timing offset of the HARQ acknowledgement with respect to the data allocation is determined in terms of time division duplexing TDD frames and independently of a forward link-reverse link ratio.

    摘要: This document discloses a solution for carrying out radio resource reservation in a framed wireless network. A network node is synchronized to a frame structure of the wireless network, wherein the frame structure comprises a continuous flow of consecutive frames, wherein at least one frame comprises a downlink part and an uplink part, and wherein lengths of the downlink part and the uplink part in each frame are adjustable. A radio resource for use in data transmission between two network nodes is reserved through a radio resource reservation request-response procedure between the network nodes.

    摘要: A method for selecting a frame format in a communications system is disclosed. A network apparatus (AP) predefines a TDD data frame structure such that a TDD frame has a predefined frame duration defining an uplink-downlink switching point periodicity. The frame duration defines a maximum time in which a half-duplex apparatus performs a cycle transmit-receive-transmit and/or a cycle receive-transmit-receive. An uplink-downlink ratio is adjustable on a symbol level in the TDD frame. The TDD frame is partitioned into one or more of a guard period, a downlink portion and an uplink portion.
