    摘要: A compressor having a cylinder and a cylindrical rotational body housed within the cylinder. A spiral groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotational body, and a spiral blade is fitted in the groove so as to be freely retreated in and projected from the groove in the radial direction of the rotational body. The cylinder and the rotational body are rotated relative to each other by a drive mechanism. A fluid to be compressed is introduced into working chambers defined by the blade, the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and the outer peripheral surface of the rotational body. The fluid is first guided into the first working chamber from a gas suction port, and then into the second and subsequent working chambers successively, whereby the fluid is compressed. An oil supply mechanism supplies pressurized oil to an oil supply hole formed in the rotational body. The oil supply hole communicates with that area of the bottom of the spiral groove, which corresponds to the position where the second and subsequent working chambers begin when the suction stroke of the first working chamber ends. The pressurized oil urges the outer peripheral surface of the blade onto the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder.

The compressor section is supported directly by the closed case through a bearing located on the sucking side of the cylinder. Another bearing located on the discharging side of the cylinder is supported, movable relative to the closed case, by a support plate.

    摘要: In a fluid compressor, a cylinder is arranged within a sealed casing. A piston having a spiral groove is placed within the cylinder. The piston is made eccentric to the cylinder such that part of the piston is put in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder. The piston and the cylinder are rotated relative to each other. A spiral blade is fitted in the spiral groove. The blade is put in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, and forming a plurality of working chambers. The blade freely projects from and retreats in the groove. A fluid to be compressed is sucked in the working chambers. The compressed fluid is discharged from a discharge hole portion into the sealed casing. A support mechanism supports the cylinder and one of bearing members for supporting shaft portions of the piston. The support mechanism receives the lubricating oil mixed in the high-pressure compressed fluid discharged from the discharge hole portion. Accordingly, the lubricating oil dispersed from the discharge hole portion is not exhausted to the outside of the sealed casing through an exhaust pipe.
