    摘要: A compressor having a cylinder and a cylindrical rotational body housed within the cylinder. A spiral groove is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the rotational body, and a spiral blade is fitted in the groove so as to be freely retreated in and projected from the groove in the radial direction of the rotational body. The cylinder and the rotational body are rotated relative to each other by a drive mechanism. A fluid to be compressed is introduced into working chambers defined by the blade, the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder and the outer peripheral surface of the rotational body. The fluid is first guided into the first working chamber from a gas suction port, and then into the second and subsequent working chambers successively, whereby the fluid is compressed. An oil supply mechanism supplies pressurized oil to an oil supply hole formed in the rotational body. The oil supply hole communicates with that area of the bottom of the spiral groove, which corresponds to the position where the second and subsequent working chambers begin when the suction stroke of the first working chamber ends. The pressurized oil urges the outer peripheral surface of the blade onto the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder.

    摘要: A compressor includes a cylinder, and a rotating body located in the cylinder. A spiral groove is formed on the outer periphery of the rotating body. A spiral blade is fitted in the groove and divides the space between the inner periphery of the cylinder and the outer periphery of the rotating body into operating chambers which have volumes gradually decreasing with distance from one end of the cylinder. A drive motor rotates the cylinder and the rotating body relative to each other. The drive motor includes a cylindrical stator fixed on a closed casing and a rotor mounted on the cylinder and situated inside the stator coaxially, with a motor air gap provided therebetween. A main bearing is engaged with the axial end portion of the cylinder and fixed on the inner wall of the casing by means of a fixing member situated radially more inward than the stator. The main bearing is fixed on the closed casing, with the position of the main bearing adjusted by a master rotor.

A frame includes a cylindrical section intimately inserted into an open end of the casing unit and a disc section blocking the cylindrical section and provided orthogonal to an axis of the cylindrical section, the frame blocking the open end of the casing unit and supporting the bearing means. An electrically operating element has a stator fixed to an inner wall of the casing unit and rotor fixed to an outer periphery of the cylinder with a motor air gap defined relative to the stator, the electrically operating element rotationally driving the compression element to allow a relative rotation to be made between the cylinder and the rotating unit.

    摘要: In a helical compressor, a helical compression unit is accommodated in the case. The compression unit has a cylinder, a roller eccentrically disposed in the cylinder and a helical blade disposed between an inner surface of the cylinder and the roller for separately forming a plurality of compression chambers therebetween along an axial direction of the roller. A motor unit is accommodated in the case and is operatively connected to the helical compression unit through a rotating shaft for eccentrically rotating the roller in the cylinder through the rotating shaft. According to the rotation of the roller, compressive fluid sucked into a lower compression chamber is moved along an axial direction of the rotating shaft while being sequentially compressed. The helical compression unit and the motor unit is arranged so that the helical compression unit and the motor unit are partially overlapped to each other along the axial direction.
