    摘要: A device for depositing overspray from the overspray-charged booth air of coating installations with a flow system for booth air. The flow system includes a number of depositing units through which overspray-charged booth air can be directed and in which overspray is deposited. The depositing units are designed as an exchangeable structural unit with a filter housing, a filter inlet, a filter unit and a filter outlet, each of which can be fed to the flow system and can thereby be moved into or out of an operating position. In the operating position of a depositing unit, the filter inlet is connected to an associated first flow connection of the flow system and the filter outlet is connected to an associated second flow connection of the flow system. There are docking means, by which the filter inlet and the filter outlet of one of the depositing units and the flow connections of the flow system are forcibly aligned in relation to one another during the feeding movement.

    摘要: A method for operating a surface treatment plant, resulting overspray in a coating booth is taken up by an air flow. The air flow loaded with overspray is conveyed as exhaust air flow to at least one separation unit in which overspray is separated out. In a supply region upstream of the at least one separation unit and/or in an internal space of the at least one separation unit, a filter aid having a separation aggregate state is added to the exhaust air flow and forms, with the overspray, a separation mixture which is separated in or at the at least one separation unit. The filter aid used is solid or liquid in the separation aggregate state. In the at least one separation unit, conditions are established in which the filter aid transitions from the separation aggregate state into a gaseous aggregate state such that the gaseous filter air can separate from the separation mixture.

    摘要: A separator unit having a panel-shaped separator electrode on which at least one separator surface is formed for the overspray. A feed device ensures that a separator liquid can be fed to the separator surface of the separator electrode. It has a channel that can be filled with the separator liquid, and a removal device which can remove separator liquid from the channel. The latter includes a shape-changing, flexible and/or elastic expansion element arranged in the channel, which at least partially delimits a closed cavity. The removal device includes a pump device with which a pressure medium can be pushed into the closed cavity. As a result of the volume expansion of the closed cavity when “pumping up” said expansion element, separator liquid is displaced over the edges of the channel and from here it can be conducted onto the separator surface of the separator electrode in a suitable manner.

    摘要: In a method for operating a surface treatment installation, overspray produced in a coating booth is taken up by an air stream and carried to one or more one-way filter modules, in which overspray is separated. Once a limit loading with overspray is reached, a one-way filter module is exchanged for an empty one-way filter module. Depending on the nature and characteristics of the overspray, the one or more one-way filter module(s) may be chosen from a set of different one-way filter modules. A set of filter modules for use in a surface treatment installation is provided having various filter modules formed as exchangeable one-way structural units with a module housing and a filter unit. The module housings of the various filter modules have the same-connection module inlets and the same-connection module outlets and at least the filter units of two different filter modules are formed differently.
