    摘要: A showerhead water collection device includes an arc hanging element and a pipeline. The arc hanging element includes a fastener, an arc hook, a temperature sensing element, a temperature display device and a through hole. The fastener is for fixing the arc hanging element to a seat or a wall; the arc hook is for hanging the showerhead; the temperature sensing element is for sensing the temperature of water outputted from the showerhead and displaying the water temperature on the temperature display device; the through hole is formed at the bottom inside the arc hanging element for collecting the water outputted from the showerhead; and the pipeline is coupled to the bottom of the arc hanging element for receiving the water outputted from the through hole through the connecting portion. The invention has the effects of fixing the showerhead, facilitating water connection, and preventing unnecessary waste of water resource.

    摘要: A spraying device comprises: a conveyer comprising a mesh crawler belt configured to carry an object to be sprayed; a baking chamber for heating the object to be sprayed; a spraying chamber having at least one atomizing nozzle disposed within the spraying chamber, the atomizing nozzle being configured to uniformly spray a coating solution on a surface of the object to be sprayed; a cleaning chamber for cleaning the mesh crawler belt and recycling the coating solution carried by the mesh crawler belt; and a solution storage apparatus for storing the coating solution that the spraying chamber needs for spraying; wherein the mesh crawler belt passes successively through the baking chamber, the spraying chamber and the cleaning chamber. The device of the present invention can ensure uniformity of the thickness of a coating layer on the magnet. In addition, the device can improve spraying efficiency and save raw material.

The method includes optional covering a surface or a part of the items which are not to be treated; optional selecting time of operation of a spraying unit; placing items to be treated in a chamber; shutting the chamber and thereby manually or automatically initiating; activating the spraying unit for forming a mist of impregnating agent inside the chamber for applying impregnating agent onto the surfaces of the items; activating an air pump, ventilator or corresponding means for removal of excess impregnating agent from the chamber; and retaining excess impregnating agent in a filter which preferably is a filter containing activated carbon.

    摘要: In order to provide a painting installation for painting workpieces, which is compact in configuration and allows a reliable separation of paint overspray from a raw gas flow, the painting installation includes the following: a painting booth, in which the workpieces are paintable with paint; a conveying device, by means of which the workpieces to be painted are conveyable in a conveying direction through the painting booth; a separation and/or filter system for cleaning a raw gas flow, which is leaving the painting booth and has absorbed paint overspray in the painting booth, wherein the separation and/or filter system includes at least one filter device for separating the paint overspray from the raw gas flow; and at least one clean gas line for a clean gas flow, which is obtainable by cleaning the raw gas flow by means of the at least one filter device.
