In a network environment in which pieces of heterogeneous network equipment interwork, a system receives a request including configuration information regarding a network operation with respect to at least one piece of a network equipment. The system verifies whether the request is in conflict with a network configuration and property managed by the system, and when an error does not occur according to verification results, the system transfers the verification results including configuration information to the network equipment.

The present invention relates to a machine type communication (MTC), and more particularly, to an MTC device and a method of providing an MTC service that may determine the entry of an MTC device with respect to a service area of each of a plurality of wireless communication networks and thereby selectively connect to a wireless communication system in an MTC system configured to connect the MTC device and an MTC server over the plurality of wireless communication networks.

Provided is an object-to-object intelligent network (O2N) communication system in which machine to machine (M2M) access networks are configured to include a plurality of networks for connecting an M2M device and an M2M server, the M2M device provides the M2M server with transmission channel information, the M2M server provides the M2M device with requirement information, and an urgency of a service, based on the transmission channel information, thereby enabling a transmission channel corresponding to service information to be selected, identifier information of a packet generated by the M2M server is extracted, a transmission channel is selected from among the M2M access networks based on the extracted identifier information, a priority table reflecting transmission information, the transmission channel information, and the requirement information of the M2M access networks are provided, and a network is selected by referring to the priority table.

An apparatus and method for interconnecting heterogeneous networks is provided. The apparatus may include a controller to classify, for each level, control interfaces associated with an established virtual network, and a processor to convert each of the classified control interfaces into a common semantic model, wherein the processor may extract a convertible range from a language associated with a corresponding control interface to be converted, and may convert the corresponding control interface into a common semantic model, by changing a version of the extracted convertible range based on conversion rules.

When an apparatus for constructing a radar chart receives evaluation scores and weighted values of a plurality of evaluation items from a user, the apparatus divides a single circle into sectors corresponding to the amount of the evaluation items on the basis of the weighted values of the respective evaluation items, marks evaluation scores of the respective evaluation items on the radiuses of the sectors corresponding to the respective evaluation items, and connects spots in which the evaluation scores are marked, to construct a radar chart, and calculates achievement of the radar chart.
